Gordon nodded slightly at her question about him being a cop. " Commissioner Jim Gordon," He introduced himself, carefully. Trying not to appear threatening he put out his hand for her to shake if she chose to. He gave a slight smile, "And you two are?" He didn't think the woman with the fire bird would attack but he wasn't sure about the other one. |

She let a small smile slid onto her lips, a small fore crackling on her hand as she took his to shake it, the fire disappearing before she took his hand. "Lux Luposdaughter." She smirked a little as she shook his hand. 'Goddess of Light, Day, and Fire." She Smiled at him, as Aquila screeched again. [/color] |

A goddess? Gordon hadn't been expecting that, but didn't let his surprise show on his face, just gave her a light smile as she shook his hand. He let hers go and his hand fell back to his side. "Nice to meet you, Lux." He said kindly. |

She smirked as Aquila tried to get onto his shoulder. Stupid bird, you would ignite his clothes... She smirked at the thought, and turned her eyes back to Gordon. "The circumstances are...strange...but yes. Nice to be acquainted as well Commissioner." She felt a fire flicker up her back, but ignore Aquila as he tried to egg her on. |

She saw Lux come up and take his gun from her and he interdused himself. She interdused heself to him being nice. Regina thought she was going to gag. I think I'm going to through up. "What the crape is going on?! Don't try anything or I will shoot. Oh by thy way I'm Regina Jones." She said with an athoritive tone, while giving him an evil smirk. While still trying to figure what the hell was going on. That godiss is as unpredictable as the fire in Which she controls. But that could be a good thing.

Jim looked at Regina and sighed. "Wasn't going to," he said sincerely. Nether of them seemed hostile at the moment but the goddess of fire...fire was unpredictable...did that mean that she was as well? For once in his life he was glad his friends weren't around so they couldn't get hurt. "Pleasure," He replied when the other woman introduced herself as Regina Jones. |

She turned a slightly hostile eye on Regina, but the gaze was gone a moment later. She turned her eyes back to Aquila, making a crackling sound, like new logs being burned. He disappeared, and she relaxed slightly. She looked back to Gordon, her golden eyes calm and collected. [/color] |

Jim was unsure of what to say and the silence quickly grew unsettling and awkward. He didn't want to just walk away, something might either hurt them or they'd hurt each other. He gave a slight sigh, his brown eyes meeting the fiery eyes of the goddess.
