Victor stepped back, his clawed feet cracking the asphalt. He let out a hiss at this man, whom name he did not know. He looked to Sam, nodding slowly. No one wanted anything that was broken, but Sam wasn't broken; he was. No one wanted a monster either, and he was obviously a monster.
But he was a monster by creation, and accident. He did not choose this life, he had been corrupted and twisted beyond repair. And there was no going back, not for him.
He looked back to the man, and let out a comping hiss. [/center] |

An angel .. last time i checked angels arent emotional wrecks , broken fragments of a person that used to be " she said softly and listened to him speak again , she couldnt bring herself to truly believe his words. "i am .. broken since i was a child .. " laughed a broken laugh and looked down at the ground -" broken in ..i was never an angel sir .. nor will i ever be "she mumbled out softly and looked at Victor , she didnt know wether this had happened to him or if like her sister this was his mutation. " he may have done those things , but today he has showed me mercy .." she said softly

"Hey now, even the famous Captain America can be blind, he's just like everyone else."
Fenris gently lifted her head. His green eyes searched hers.
"Listen to me, you may not see what I see, but I see a beautiful girl who doesn't believe she can ever be loved, but I believe differently. You aren't just something someone thrown away, you're a girl who deserves so much better then Captain America. If he let you go, then he's the most unintelligent man on Midgard...or Earth, as you like to call it."
The god of night sighed and gently made the shadows shift into a sort of movie like thing. He blew gently on them on one of the human like figures sprouted red hair. The shadows seemed to weave out a tale, and the one that Fen was trying to tell was the one of his wife-to-be's death. When it was over he clapped his hands together and glanced at Sam.
"I know what it's like to loose one you love. But if you give up then you'll never be able to see that perhaps, there's someone who can come along and help you through a rough time. If you don't believe, then it won't get better. But I believe in you...miss, an I'm sure you can make it through because somewhere out there, there's the perfect man for you." |

Sam sighed softly as she couldnt understadn why this stranger would bother to care about some simple human." no he just found something better , a lot better" she said softly and looked at the ground. She couldnt look at this angel , this sweet and gentle man."i tried to be good enough , i have tried so hard ..but everytime i believe in someone , they break me down " licked her lips a bit as she looked at her shoes.
"midgard? like the old norse stories ... who are you ? and why me .. there is a lot of better people out there .. that could be in danger " she said softly while sighing softly and looked at her feet more and studied them. She watched him do something to the shadows and they moved and shaped into persons and it was so sad to see that this angel , had once had a lover and he had lost her to death. She took a deep breath as small tears formed in her eyes and feel down her cheeks. "i am sorry for your loss .. sir " She didnt know why but a part of her wanted so badly to believe his kind words about her , that someone was out there for her.
"I may not have lost him to death , but it feels like i am the one who died and went to hell , tartaros or whatever you would like to call it..I dont know if i can leep trying to believe , i dont know if i have the strenght for it" she said softly as she wiped her tears.she wanted to be good , she wanted to be worthy of love but she didnt know if she could bare opening her heart again.

Fen sighed and gently sat down beside her. He put his fingers, on the longer side with the Ring of Shadows, which was shaped like a snake, on the middle finger of his right hand, and lifts her head. A heavy metal ringed thumb gently brushes away a tear that had slid down her cheek.
"Hey now, she's no better then you. We're all equals. As for who I am, I'm Fenris, god of night and shadows. And why you? Because as I was walking down the street a beautiful young maiden caught my eye. I mean it."
He gave a faint smile.
"Oh dear, no need to call me, sir, it's so formal. Just Fen or Fenris is fine, hell, you can if call me Fenny if you'd like."
He was trying to get her to smile. He needed to know there was something there other then that blankness.
"Give me a smile?"
His voice was gently and he gently brushed the hair from her face when the wind so cruelly pushed it into her face. He wanted her to know that he cared for her. He wanted her to know that there truly was someone out there for him. |

Victor watched the two, and when Sam told him to run, and stood up for him, he looked to the God. A hiss tore through his throat, as if he was saying: "I'll be back" He backed away a few paces, still a raptor. He looked to Sam, a smile on his Raptor face. He slowly morphed back into his human self, only his eyes remained the unnatural color they were. "Yo no soy un corredor, pero voy a dejar a su petición." He shot an evil glance to the God. "Y sólo tuya." He turned, and melted away, like the shadows the God was controlling. |

Sam sighed softly as this kind angel seemed to be determined to shower in his kindness, she still couldnt understand why he would care about someone like her, even less when he pronounced that he was a god. all she knew is that the one man she had let inside her heart had made her believe similar lies before he chose another over her. "she is strong , beautiful , has superpowers , i am not her equal and i surely am not your equal .. your a god and im just another talentless human " she said softly and looked down at the ground.
She sighed softly and looked into his green eyes with a weak smile " Fenris .. like the wolf ... "she said softly and looked at Victor and hoped he would run as she didnt want either one of these men to get hurt as they both had shown her their own form of kindness. " Im sorry im just not the best company right now .. everything i had hoped has just been snatched away " she said softly and looked at hima dn tried to smile a small smile for him. she felt his finger brush away some hair that had blown in her face by the wind.
She smiled a little more as Victor spoke to her in spanish if she was correct , telling her that he was not a runner but he would for her , only for her. "Thank you .." she smiled as Victore faded away into the shadows and left this place, he would be safe for now at least.

Fen sighed and gently replied,
"Our powers don't make us better then anyone, they just define us. And as for being a god? It doesn't matter, I don't take pride in it when I'm looked up at, you're my equal."
He nodded slightly,
"Yeah, like the wolf."
He smiled at her and gently shifted into a long haired black wolf, green eyes glowing in the gloom of his fur. A small tuft of fur stood out on his forehead that was fiery red like his own human hair. He gave a toothy, wolfish grin and gently poked her arm with his white nose.
"Then perhaps all that was snatched away can be given back in someway."
Fenris thought to her, cocking his furry head and looking up at her with gentle green eyes. He laid down and gently placed his large black head on her thigh, thumping his large furry tail against the crowd.
"Perhaps I can help."
He thought to her, adding on to his first thought. He gazed up at her with soft emerald eyes. |

Sam sighs softly and couldnt stand this moment , being so lucky to be near someone so kind and caring and she was acting like a sulking child who didnt get her cookie.it made her feel so stupid and still she felt that she was nowhere near the powerlevel of those she knew. she was just a girl with broken heart who just happened to know a lot of superhumans."you really think so ? you really think that im your equal " she asked in a small voice and looked at him again , his beauty was so pure and innocent looking.
She had to smile softly when he shifted into a beautiful longhaired wolf with fur as black as the night almost with exception of a tuft of fiery red on hsi forehead. She had always loved wolves , it was one of the few things she and her sister had in common , their love for wolves. "aww oki that is pretty damn cute " she said softly and touched his fur gently and enjoyed the silky feel of it.
she smiled as he rested his head on her thigh and watched his furry tail thumping. it had to be some of the cutest thing she had ever seen. "i dont know if it can be given back .. " she said softly as she heard his voice in her head.she stroked his fur more and felt more calm at the moment." you are already .. in this cute little form .. i could pet you for days " she mumbled out softly while letting her fingers glide trough the silky fur.She smiled alittle brighter and reached down and kissed the top of his head.

Fenris grinned wolfishly. His tail thumped again and he felt happier when she smiled brighter. His tail thumped harder onto the ground when she kissed his furry forehead. His tongue flicked out and licked her hand.
"Of course you're my equal."
Fen smiled and let out a little sniffle of laughter when she told him that he was helping already while he was in this form. He grinned and thumped his tail harder, letting his bright green eyes glance up at her.
"I can stay like this for as long as you'd like as long as it helps you."
He told her through thoughts, his voice gentle. |

Sam smiled alittle more as his tail started to thump harder onto the ground. It was something so cute that you couldnt help but to smile .She let out a fost laugh as he licked her hand, it was helping her so much already and though she felt a bit sleepy now , she wanted to stay here and feel safe with her little angel."thank you .. so much for saying those sweet words "
"its very kind of you .. and i do like petting you " she said softly and ran her fingertips trough his gently and took a soft breath."so Fenris .. what does asgaard look like then ? i read about it in my sisters mythology books " she smiled a little bit more and tilted her head against his fur.

Fenris smiled, he really thought she was a beautiful young woman, or a maiden as they were often called on his realm of Asgard. Despite him being a god and her being a human, she was prettier then a lot of the goddess he knew. He thought about telling her that. Then she asked about Asgard. He pulled up a mental picture and sent it into her head.
It showed everything, from the shining corridors to the golden glow of the sun, to the great hall where Fenris could be seen in the background juggling a few pears. Lux was also seen where she was trying to keep Asgard in the day while Fenris tugged it toward night. He showed her the gardens, the bridge, the Bifrost, Hiemdall, Odin, Frigg, Sif, the Warriors Three, Loki and Thor having a few brotherly laughs and quarrels. He showed her Marya and Ran and Lux and Freyja and everything that she needed to see about Asgard.
"You're more beautiful then all the women in Asgard,"
Fen sent her the thought and grinned, gently letting his tongue rasp against her cheek when her head tilted down to lay gently on his large head. He briefly closed his big emerald eyes and then reopened them, a smile touching his muzzle as he let out a contented sigh. |

Sam didnt know how this angel could be bothered to do such a sweet thing for her but he had said he wanted to help her, maybe he could help her heart heal even if she felt like it was so broken that it seemed like an impossible thing to mend.She had to admit the pain was smaller now with him , in his cute little wolf form.A gasp slipped past her full pink lips as she got an image in her head of asgaard ,it was so beautiful and serene , she could imagine walking trough the gardens and taking in the scents. it seemed like a dream compared to the grimy and dirty view of her own world , midgaard as he called it.She had half a mind to ask him to take her there and not let her come back to midgaard.
She just wanted to escape this world and all the pain it had dealt to her, she just didnt want to be here and see all the happy couples that twisted the knife deeper."its so beautiful .. i wish i could be there , to walk those gardens and the bridge .. to be somewhere else " she mumbled softly and petted his fur more.she sighed softly and scratched behind his ear " it must have been great growing up there, do they all wear such rich and lovley garments ?"
Sam blushed a bit as he said she was more beautiful than all the women in asgard , she didnt dare to believe it as she had seen some of them in his image and she would not say that she was prettier than them."no .. i am not .. thank you for the compliment though .. but it cant be true " she said softly and giggled when his tongue ran up against her cheek."your so sweet .. youre an angel "

Fen gave a smile, when she spoke of wishing she could be in Asgard. He looked up at her with brilliant green eyes.
"I think that can be arranged. And most of the time, yes."
His voice was sly and his tail thumped hard against the ground.
"I don't lie, that's Loki's job."
He told her with a sincere grin. He just merely rolled his eyes when she said he was an angel.
"Oh I don't think so."
He replied with a shrug of his broad shoulders.

Sam smiled hearing his sweet answer and hoped it could.she licked her lips and stroked his fur more and rested her head against his soft fur."i would love that .. you think the other gods would allow that ?"
"so you never told a lie before ? but surely i cant be more beautiful than those women ?"she said softly and sighed softly as she kinda just wanted to bring him home like this and snuggle up to his fur." yes you are . only an angel would be so kind , so willing to risk his own butt to save someone , to stay and comfort " she said softly
