"Good." She grinned at his next comment. "Oh you know you can never take the fun out of me." She smiled evilly, she knew he knew it was true. She would be found at any hour of the night, messing around with the silliest things.
She grinned at his comment. "You know it Wonder Boy." She laughed softly and looked at him. She sighed in pleasure as he kissed her neck. It was one of the most sensitive points on her body, and she didn't normally like having it touched, but that felt good. She sighed again, as he kissed her neck again. She moved her hand to his chest with a smile, snuggling closer to him in the need to be close to him. A need and a want.

From that time on, the two mostly talked, teased, made fun of each other and just playing around. But also they kissed in the sensitive spots of each other, keeping themselves warm and cozy. It wasn't anything like sex but just making sure the two were satisfied and they were. Dick never felt anything like this, love, something he did not know about as he grew up...until now. They did not know what to expect when it came to the future. One thing is for sure, Dick would continue his patrolling and continue seeing Babs a lot more.
They were no longer friends but lovers, so that's for sure. They would deal with their father when the time was right. If Bruce was here, all he would do is just smile, so proud of Dick and how far he has come in his life. From the death of his parents, to Bruce, John and Hailey bringing him in, to Dick becoming his own hero, Nightwing. And now he had someone to grow old with, someone to share his moments, pain and misery. They are together forever and nothing could ever break that special bond between them.

Barbara was enjoying her time with him. It was nothing like what it could have been. What it would be later. She kissed his neck, he chest, almost anywhere she could reach. She enjoyed his company. As a friend, and more importantly now a lover. The thing she had wanted so much was now hers. Dick Grayson was now her lover, and she would love every second of it.
She hoped her father would see him through her eyes. How much she loved him. How much they had been through together. He she would never feel a love like this with anyone but him. She loved him. Nothing would ever change that.

Everything was great between them but as time went on Dick knew that this could not last. Not the relationship with Barbara, oh no, it was his career as Nightwing. The city of Gotham needed him to watch them as one of their saviors. Barbara knew this too, she was also a hero of Gotham, a part of The Bat Family. When Dick first met Barbara as a little girl, her father told the young man, "Not on your life boy wonder" . Dick would always chuckle at that moment and so much has changed since then but he hoped Jim will understand where Babs is coming from.
Once the two of them were finished pleasing themselves, Dick stood up from the couch and put on his jacket. Taking Barbara's hand, the two of them went to the door and before Barbara could open it, Dick looked at Barbara and smiled. "Thanks for today Barbara. I'm glad that were doing this and I promise I wont let you down red. You mean everything to me and I will love you no matter what happens. I'll call you later on tonight", he said to her softly as he brushed a piece of her hair behind her ear. Then leaning in slowly, he kissed Barbara passionately on her lips.

Barbara had been snuggled down into his arm, comfortable. Content to never move again. But whee knew she would have to. She knew layer in the night she would be forced to give herself into the mask. But for now, she was just Barbara Gordon. Lover to Dick Grayson. And she liked it.
When he stood and put on his jacket she looked at him with sad eyes. She always hated it when he would leave, even more now."Dick. Do you have to go?" she asked after he thanked her for everything. "I will always love you. No matter what." She promised softly. When he leaned in and kissed her, she returned the kiss. With just as much passion, her arms gently going around his neck.

Dick broke the kiss and looked at Barbara in the eyes, seeing all the love and passion in them. He thought about it for a sec and looked at his watch, then he made up his mind. “You know something Babs, I will stay here just for a little while longer before I heard out for the evening. I just can’t resist a red head like you getting all of my attention”, he said as he smiled at Babs and closed the door behind him. The two of them just spent their time, having the fun and just being themselves. It was a good day for the two of them, a real good day.
