Well, I've been told that keeping a journal and writing in it often might...help me. I don't really think it will, but oh well, I guess it's worth a try.

I snuck out to the forest again today and it was the first time I've taken my bow and arrows for a while now. It's amazing that I haven't practiced in a long time hand I can still hit perfect shots. One would think I'd be a little "rusty" as they say, but then again I'm not normal. Heh, "normal". To me no one's completely normal. I mean, we're all different in our own way, so technically none of us are normal... Whatever...

Anyway, I discovered something new with my arrows. They seem to be able to penetrate almost anything, it's crazy! I don't think I'm going to try them on anything other than trees and rocks though, it's too dangerous to try anything besides those I think.

Oh! I also practiced more with my powers even though I don't really need to practice... I wonder if there are others out there like me and I wonder what really happened to my parents...

Whoops, I haven't really written in this for a while now...My bad.

Things haven't really been good lately. I'm now using my powers to take care of some of the bad people around here and people are really curious now. There has already been a few articles in the local news paper about me, or at least the 'Huntress' as they call me. News is spreading fast and people are starting to question who and what the Huntress is, and to be honest I'm starting to worry.

If I want to continue to help others I'm going to have to be very careful from now on. I don't know how I'm going to continue unnoticed, but I'll find a way to make it work... I have to. Perhaps if I stayed under the radar for a while people would be less alert...

I'm starting to think I'm going to leave here soon. I'll run away. I need to try and find others like me, with powers. I've heard of heroes that are located across the states. Maybe if I'm lucky I can find one of them...

Alright, today's the day. I'm leaving tonight once everyone is asleep. It shouldn't be too tricky since I've snuck out before and I've planned this for what, a month and a half now? Once I reach the forest I should be in the clear, but the problem is getting as far away from the city as possible... Well, I don't think anyone will be looking for me.

I've decided I'll do most of my traveling at night so I can move freely without being spotted, just in case people do decide to look. I should be able to fly though the night without tiring too much, and if I do get tired I can always get energy from the moon and stars.

I think I'll make my way to Manhattan, and hopefully I can get there without much trouble.

I thought I'd take the time to just sit down, relax, and write. My traveling at night is going very well and no one's been looking for me. I don't get very tired and I cover a lot of distance throughout the night. I'm close to Manhattan now. Less than a few hours away so I should be there by nightfall.

A lot has happened recently besides my traveling. I've stopped a few robberies when I see them and no one seems to know anything about who stopped them. Some eople are questioning if it's another super hero though, but I don't think I'd call myself that just yet.

Besides that I'be been having these strange dreams. The ones where you see other people and they're kinda blurry. You can see them speaking, but you can't hear what they're saying... Sometimes, I can barely make out my name. In other dreams I have I see these grand looking places.... I recognize them, but I don't recall where they are. Everything's too fuzzy.

I hate not being able to figure it out, or know about the rest of my past. Maybe there's someone out there that knows, and will help me, or maybe some day I'll just remember.

I doubt that though. I couldn't get that lucky.

Well, I'm in Manhattan now. It's close to what I expected as far as business and size, but it's still really different from what I had initially thought... Now to survive.

My dreams haven't stopped at all, and it's usually just the same ones over and over. It's almost like I'm not seeing or understanding something I'm supposed to... Like the answer is right in front of me, but I can't grasp it yet. It's really frustrating.

I think this is going to be my last entry for a while...probably not. We'll have to see I guess.

Wow, it's been a really long time since I've seen or written in this journal. I just found it today as I was going through some old stuff of mine. Those 9 years sure flew by fast; that's for sure. It's kinda funny to see my past writings as it brings back memories of my travels and stuff.

I really like being here in Manhattan as I can really help those who are here. It's a tiring, daily job, but I wouldn't ever trade it. I now have my own place in one of the many buildings near downtown and I have a job with one of the companies here.

I think I'll be writing in this more often now since I have a feeling my life is going to get real interesting here soon. I'm going to be joining this team...

It happened yesterday after I had taken down a man who could create fire and shift into a dragon. Some guy, I forgret his name, came up to me and said he was an agent some organization named S.H.I.E.L.D. He quickly explained to me what it was before asking me to come with him. I did and was taken to meet with this man named Nick Fury. I was then offered a spot on this superhero team and given all of these files to look over.

I've pretty much read through all of them and everything. I'm going to take the offer and join; not that I think I have much of a choice anyway though. Still, I think it'd be good to join and help out with the villains and criminals here.

Today I ran into that man who shifts into a dragon and controls fire again. I found out people here call him "Titan" because of the sheer size of his dragon form. He is big, but I've beaten him twice now; I can do it again. I have a feeling he and I are going to be fighting often from here on out. My first arch-enemy.

I met up with the rest of the team earlier and I've moved most of my stuff into my room at the base. The rest I don't really need and I think I'll get rid of it...

Also, I think I might be getting closer to all of my answers on the dreams I have every so often. Still, I think I have a while to go before I figure it all out. Hopefully I piece it together sooner than later.
