Personality: {Elizabeth is quite the trouble maker. Even though she never intends for her pranks to be harmful, they usually are. Such as, her own mother had a heart attack and died because of Eliz's pranks. Even though Eliz's can control her powers, she choices not to, which usually gets her into trouble and more then once she was hunted for being a villain, which is probably what she will become, despite the fact she's a police officer}
History: {Eliz was born in Manhattan and she was also raised there. She was kicked out into the streets at age six because of her evil pranks that killed her mother. She grew on the streets until she met her adopted father, Rayen. He taught her to control her powers, but in the end he met his death when Eliz became angry. She once more was forced into the streets were she was inspired to become a police officer. After many tries and fails Elizabeth finally made it into the NYPD. However her powers lost control on cases and she would end up hurting others around her and her title of NYPD agent was taken away. Now she's just a police officer who drives around and arrests speeders. But she wants to be more. So much more.}
