Victor smiled as he watched the traffic from the top of a three story building. He was planning on causing a mess, an a big one too.
He smiled as he saw a little old lady walking across the street with fifteen or so cars behind it. The smile was still on his face as he shifted into a pterodactyl.
He screeched and flew down, shifting again, into a veloicraptor just before he hit the ground.
He snapped at the lady, but never touched her. Of course, the little old lady had a little old heart, and this big fright made it stop, and it was to little and old to start again.
Victor hissed in laughter and lept at a mini van, all of the seats filled with a family.

At a Manhattan Hospital, Thor was reading to a group of children. He wanted to come by and visit the children, see them, talk to them but cheer them up to. Thor remembered what it was like to be a child. He loved living in Asgaurd and trained hard. His father was proud of Thor and still is, despite Loki’s jealousy. Looking into each and every child, Thor wished he and his brother wouldn’t fight still. He wished that things were now different between and that it wouldn’t come down to Loki’s disastrous deeds. But things have changed, and they’re no longer children but adults.
As Thor was about done visiting, his card went off and he heard that there was an attack in Manhattan. Without wasting time, Thor left the hospital and with his hammer he flew away and then minutes later arrived at the site where the attack was. To his surprise it wasn’t Loki…but someone…or something else leaping and flying at a mini van. “STAND BACK” he yelled and called out as he struck the creature with his hammer before landing. It looked like some pterodactyl or whatever it was, is causing damage. “Enough you vile creature, surrender or this Asguardian will unleash hell on you” he warned.
Thor with his hammer in hand got it ready, just in case he had to strike some serious lighting on that thing. Thor could also see police hurryling escorting people out of the fray and that's good because Thor didn't want anyone harmed, except for this one.

Victor hissed as the hammer hit him in the lower jaw. So how, the blow did not break. He whipped his tail around. Something always crashes my party... He growled.
He clicked his jaws-lined with around two hundred steak knife-like teeth- at this new man. He recognized him from a magazine about the Avengers he thought the word in disgust.
He glanced to the people whom were escaping. He leapt at a man, biting him on the arm. As far as Victor knew he would survive- he didn't rip the arm off now did he?
He turned to face the man with the hammer again. Try this on for size.. he though gleefully, as he began to grow into something bigger, more menacing, and yes, more deadly.

As Thor saw the man grow bigger and bigger, he knew that this would be difficult but maybe not difficult if the Avengers were, the rest of them. In Asguard he’s faced creatures like this beast and would provide a harder challenge but this one….more hard to take on. “Fine then…..you want me….here I am” he said as he raised his hammer and looked up. The sky turned gray with it’s clouds, sparks of lighting appeared hitting the hammer and Thor. It wasn’t hurting the warrior, but making him stronger including Mijinor. If this animal wants a fight he’ll get it.
“FOR MIDGUARD!!!” he yelled and screamed. “And I shall smite thee that presents a threat to the people of this planet” he said as the hammer took Thor and flew right into the creatures. With the power of thunder, lighting in the hammer it struck through the creature. And Thor smacked the creature in the mouth, ear, and stomach before he flew back to his position. Thor caused damage to this creature but knew it wouldn’t be enough. “Stand down and revert yourself to whomever you are. I can help you” Thor told the beast but he knew it wouldn’t work. Help would not be needed for the villains, they always want more.

Victor roared at each hammer strike. Each roar loud enough to make the small humans cover their ears, and anyone whom was to close to rapture their ear drums.
He growled at the man, whom he now knew to be a blasted Avenger. He shook his head and blood flew from his nose. If he had been anything smaller than the massive Rex he had chosen, it could have gotten messy.
He released another thunderous bellow and snapped his jaws, missing the god by mere inches. His steak knife-like teeth cutting the air, and spewing his foul prehistoric breath on this man, who was apparently no mortal.
He swung his tail around and slammed it into the man. He had killed one person today, and that was all he planned to kill, one.

Using Mjolnir he was able to protect himself from the monsters tail as it struck. Thor nearly dropped but stood strong. Killing Thor wouldn‘t be easy and the man from Asgaurd wouldn‘t go down without a fight. Thor would never give up on his people and even the planet earth. “Fine then creature…you asked for it!” he said as he raised the hammer as it raised Thor up and flew right into the monster as struck the beast with another strike to the head. Then going to the back Thor struck the monsters tail with another strike of lightning before going back to his place.
Thor was now trying to figure out what to do next. “You know it would better right now to give up and show mercy because you won’t’ be able to defeat me you dull creature!” he said and called out. Raising his hammer again as the lighting came down. Thor threw his hammer as the creatures stomach but went to his head before going back. Then out of the blew Thor suddenly used his super breath to create powerful winds, trying to knock down the monster but not that much. There were no people in this area and that’s a good sign, no one should be involved.

Victor shook his head in rage and roared again. A woman screamed from a crowd of people still waiting to be evacuated. Victor decided she would be his protection.
He tromped over and delicately maneuvered his head in until he had her jacket in his massive jaws.
But as large as his jaws were he picked her up like a child would delicately pluck a daisy. There he held her in his mouth, gently sawing her back and fourth, hopefully this god cared for the people of earth, if not, he could always eat her. It's not considered cannibalism if you're not human when you eat one.

Seeing the beast use a woman pissed him off so he stopped his super breath. “You leave her alone!” he told the beast as with the hammer he flew right in and struck the creature in the stomach hard before taking the woman out and bringing her away. If this was Jane, Thor would be so enraged and do whatever it takes to make sure the ugly one would never see the light of day again. “Are you alright?” he asked the woman as she nods her head before a policemen comes. “Take her far away” he said as the policemen did what was told and went with the woman.
He looked at the creature….stood up….and looked at the pterodactyl. “You listen to me…don’t you use these innocent people as objects to protect yourself. It proves that you are nothing more but what you are, which is a monster” said Thor as he raised his hammer. “I am Thor….god….and prince of Thunder. Protector of the people of midgaurd….if you want someone to beat….here I am but leave these people out of it” he said to the creature. “You’re battle is with me” he said as the thunder struck the hammer and started to spark up bright. “COME ON!!!!” he yelled and swings his hammer ready for battle.

Victor smiled and accepted the challenge, he believed not in gods, or magic. He was a man of science. He let lose a screech that turned to a roar as he took a new shape, one of a large spineosauras.
He roared, the large sail on his back shifting the light an coming across blood red. He stomped his feet, leaving giant craters in the street. But he did not have to pay for the repairs, so why should he care.
He decided to disregard his earlier resolve about not killing more than one person today. He lunged forward and caught a hold of the man's cape, and armor. He tossed his long head around, keeping a firm grip on the man.

The creature changed from its previous form into another monstrous form. Thor knew the creature wasn’t normal and had to be someone inside there. He knew Loki wasn’t behind this and couldn’t because he’s locked up at SHIELD’s headquarters. There was no time to think as the ground shook thanks to the spineosauras, just when Thor was going to strike. He didn’t want to cause any damage on the streets because there would have been more people. Suddenly the creature caught hold of the man’s cape and Thor felt like he was upside down, feeling himself being thrown around like a rag doll.
Thor almost felt fizzy but that didn’t stop he. He nearly looked up and with one stike, he hit the creature hard in the mouth with the hammer. Then another one to the mouth, again, again and again. Thor had a plan, as long as he kept hitting, he would be let go and recover. He could hear the monster’s cries of pain but Thor didn’t care. He wanted the beast to know what it’s like to face an Asguardian. It wouldn’t be like facing a policemen or someone from the army. After a couple of more shots, he felt himself let go as he landed safely on the ground before striking the creature hard in the mouth with some thunder in it.
Thor took steps back, hammer in hand, ready for battle.

Victor bellowed in pain with every strike, but refused to let go. The pain in his mouth growing. He shook him harder, but a final blow made him release his hold.
He let lose a trumpeting growl from the very pit of his stomach, and hooked his jaw with a clawed hand. Using this clawed hand he forced his jaw back into it's rightful place, glaring at the man.
Victor's hatred doubled as he realized this would be a relatively unfair fight, an the odds were tipped against him.
He snarled and shifted yet again, but not into a meat eating monster, but a large herbivore, a brontosaurus to be exact.
He bellowed again, wiping his longer, surprisingly whip-like tail around, slamming it into buildings.
This dinosaur was bigger than both of the proceeded maybe not as vicious, but much bigger, stronger, and taller too.

The creature shaped shifted again and grew into something more larger. Thor sighed and readied his hammer but stopped and looked around. There were no more people but the prince of thunder knew others who were not evacuated, would be in the way and get hurt. Then he looked behind himself and saw an ocean outside the town and smiled. Then hearing the sounds of his tail smacking into buildings distracted Thor but now he knew what he had to do. Raising his hammer the skies grew gray and lighting came down striking the tail of the monster, knowing it would hurt.
“HEY!” he called out to the creature. “Follow me!” he called out before Mjolnir raised Thor and flew him out of the city passing through buildings. Then it stopped at the ocean outside of the city, which is a perfect spot. No people, no boats, nothing can distract Thor and the monster.

Victor growled, shifting back into the t-rex. He may look like something with a brain the size of a walnut, but he was a human, and had human logic.
As the man flew away he grinned smugly, and stomped a few cars. He wasn't stupid, he wasn't going to follow him. He picked a car- no people inside of it- and chomped it, then dropped it.
Have fun in the water..
He thought and rummaged around in the debris, not wanting to hurt any more people.
He had had his revenge for today, for now.

"Oh no you don't" he said as with the hammer he flew straight at the creatured and give it one final strike, knocking it down. "You leave this city and if I ever see you again. Don't expect me to be so....violent next time" he told the monster as he stood back with hammer in hand.

Victor bellowed as the hammer slammed into the rex's knee joint. This sent him toppling over, and crushed several more cars. He growled, lifting his scaly lip- showing off an array of fierce teeth- at the man.
Victor tried to stand, but the rex's knee- his knee- wouldn't hold him. He stayed where he was, beginning to shrink. But not into a human.
He became a small gopher-like dinosaur, and scampered away under a crushed car, and disappeared into the mess.
He headed for an ally- his ally- and crawled behind the dumpster.
There he shifted back into a human, cursing the man out under his breath.
He lifted the torn leg of his pants up over his knee, and looked down at it. It was swollen and purple.
"Damn you." He growled, like a dinosaur.
He replaced the torn fabric over his knee, knowing he would need to seek medical attention, and soon. But he did not feel like confronting this man in his human form.
He shifted into a more comfortable position, and painstakingly slowly stretched out his leg- biting through his lip- so the joint would not set the wrong way.
