Personality: {Char can be fun loving, playful, funny and loving when she’s not working. Which sadly, is almost never. No one see’s her upbeat personality, how she smiles despite everything that is happening. No one realizes she can be a mess, or a wreck, no, none of that mattered, to everyone she’s around daily she’s an angel. She is quick to think on her feat, relentless and unforgiving if you hurt her friends. She is loyal and protective over her country and her organization.}
History: {After listening most of her life listening to her Aunt’s stories of adventure and love, Char made it her mission to follow after her aunt. She joined a newly formed S.H.I.E.L.D. agency the moment she was old enough. For the last few years she has been known as Agent Thirteen. Today she has been sent on away missions only recently coming back to the United States. Once back she heard that her aunt’s old love interest has been returned. She was called back to the United States and assisted in his waking up process.
After he was awake she tried her best to stay in the back ground, getting on the ship to help the Avengers, even assisting Rogers in other ways though trying to keep her name a secret, knowing how her aunt felt, and not knowing what Steve remembered of her.}
