Information:Amelia is a kind women who enjoys the company of the Avengers. Despite being optimistic Amelia does have her down sides. When struck, her anger gets into her into trouble and most of the time she does things that she doesn't want to, completely surrendering to her anger. She always finds herself in horrible places when her anger gets a hold of her. And often regrets doing what she did. Besides that anger of hers, Amelia is a loving women who enjoys the company of her friends. Amelia, in a way, is a weird girl. She can be described as strangely joyous in the most odd of times, but all in all Amelia is a fun girl and is always up for a challenge or an adventure.
Amelia is an optimistic. However she's unable to transfer that good natured attitude to her visions causing them to be dark and cold. She isn't able to transfer these good feelings to her visions because she doesn't know how to turn them into something a little happier. She doesn't do well with pain but always tries to be strong and do what her father had taught her - not to let her emotions show. That whole phrase had been killed though with her father. When he had been alive Amelia thought she could withstand anything...and then he died...and she didn't think she was so strong anymore.
Friendship:Amelia is a fierce friend. She'll fight for those whom she cares for and isn't afraid to get herself hurt protecting her friends. She's accepting and judges no one. She's easy to like and will always often a shoulder to cry on. Anything is good with me.
Enemies:To tell the truth Amelia has quite a few enemies, but she loves them because then she can beat their asses. Anyone who messes with her better be ready to leave with a few bruises and breaks, she won't give up without a fight. I'm up for anything.
Love:Well, Amelia isn't open to any love since she's married to John Blake and has a daughter, Alyss (they're both dead). And Crow and I have plans. hehe However, I'm open for anything that regards this whether it's a love/hate or something like someone loves her but she only likes them as a friend.

jane susanna reid
twenty-four || civilian || bi-polar
Jane is rebellious, if she doesn't agree with something it's unlikely that she'll do as she's told, which leads in to her slightly out of control behavior. However, most of her out of control behavior comes from the bi-polar condition she suffers from and is forced to take pills for. Also because of this, she experiences severe mood swings when she hasn't taken the pills she's been prescribed.
She can also be loud, she has no problem with being heard, in fact she doesn't care if the whole world hears her. This loudness is what defines most of her somewhat immature behavior. That, and the need to place blame on anyone other then herself, for example when her mother died she instantly blamed her brother, Matthew, because he'd placed her in the care of the Las Vegas psychiatric hospital. She's also over the top with emotions mostly, mainly anger.
She's a big flirt when the urge comes over her. She can be extremely seductive and persuasive when she wants to. Which leads into her ability to lie splendidly. There isn't a subject that Jane can't lie on. She could look anyone in the eyes and straight out lie, so it's hard to know whether or not she's telling the truth or not. Despite knowing when she's gone too far and when she needs to step back and close her mouth, Jane will put up a fight if she believes she's right.
Jane is a bit like her brother, Matthew, in the way that they're both observers but she is by far the louder of the two. Despite all her flaws, Jane is exceptionally intelligent even if she chooses not to invest her intelligence in school and instead found joy in starting fights when she was in school. She's also loyal, just because she's loud and can be slightly obnoxious doesn't mean that she can't be loyal to those she respects.
But sometimes it’s best to wait out the storm
commissioner jim gordon

commissioner jim gordon
forties || cop || commissioner of the gcpd
A family man, Gordon values their protection from the evils of the world above all except for justice. Justice comes before all else, and not the "self-serving kind of retribution" justice. Gordon believes that, if at all possible, bringing in the criminal and having them serve whatever sentence given them is the best option of all.
Jim Gordon is also a no-nonsense kind of cop. Between serving in the military and being surrounded by corrupt officers before becoming commissioner, he has cracked down on the structure of the police department. In this manner, he's become a very hands-on commissioner, always wanting to be present for interrogations, crime scenes, and arrests when available. He attempts to keep as many tabs on all known criminal movement, to the point that he loses sleep in order to keep as up-to-date as possible.
When it comes to the vigilante known as Batman, Gordon has viewed him as a "necessary evil" of sorts. While still earning his promotions on the police force, Gordon recognized the vigilante's stunning record for apprehending criminals and, with a corrupt police force being the only other dissuasion, Batman's involvement was a welcome sight. Since recently becoming commissioner, Gordon has not placed any priority in finding out the crusader's true identity; though he believes - with enough effort - that he discover the man's identity, he prefers a stance of plausible deniability while stating that it is a "continued effort" to bring the Bat to justice.
And at 8:14 am we’ll rise
james thomas wayne

james thomas wayne
nineteen || villain || bi-polar
Well James isn't ever in control of his powers, they control him. He doesn't know what to do with them most of the time so he's home schooled. He doesn't like being out of control but then he doesn't like being in control either...so it's complicated. James's personality is complicated as he's Bi-Polar. So I'll do my best describing his highs and low.
EXTREME HIGH - For James his extreme high only happens once every year. His powers take over him and he will infect anyone that touches him moments before it happens or as it starts. That person who touches him could die...unless he stabs himself with a syringe that was given to him by Bruce Banner that stops the effects of the powers as they override his system. Before and after this James can be either very depressed or very angry. Neither is a very good thing for James.
HIGH - Jamie's high happens every now and then, probably once or twice a day. He'll loose control if something triggers it, like yelling, fighting, extensive worry or concern (happens more then normal when his father is Batman and his mother Mistress Liberty) or just a simple thought of something like "James is like Her" Her meaning Hel, from whom Jamie inheirated his powers...but his are so much more extreme. In this James can get EXTREMELY VIOLENT. BEWARE HE COULD USE HIS POWERS TO TRY AND KILL YOU!!!
NORMAL - Most Bi-Polar subjects don't have a "normal" stage, but of course James is a different case and does have his moments of normal. He's neither High or Low, he's just...James. In this stage he's a pretty happy kid. He'll play pranks, laugh at jokes and pretty much do anything a normal thirteen year old would. However one thing could push a teetering James off the thin thread separating his Normal from his High or Low. Which is the reason he's home-schooled while his brother, Alex, is allowed to go to public school.
LOW - James's low is simply sadness. It doesn't have to be triggered, none of it really has to have a trigger, sometimes he'll just sink down in a quiet unknown sadness...and most of the time he won't even know why he's sad. He doesn't usually have reasons, it just comes over him. One minute he could be laughing and have a good time in his Normal and the next his eyes will glaze and his smile will turn upside down.
EXTREME LOW - Even more rare then his extreme high, Jamie's extreme low happens once every three years. In this part of James's strange version of Bi-Polar the thirteen year old will slip into not a deep sadness like his low but a deep depression. There's no way to get him out. The only thing you can do is keep an eye on him and make sure to hide all sharp objects, such as knives and tacks and of course guns. In this part James could easily fall prey to suicidal thoughts. One thing you'll need to remember is not to let him out of your sight and lock ALL the doors, keeping the keys with you so he can't wander out and get hit by a car or something, because here James just doesn't care about anyone or anything, it's just depression.

kaveh andari
39 || arkham staff || arkham psychiatrist
For starters Kaveh is devoted. Arkham is a bit of a second home for him. He keeps up with the work he has to do and will go to great lengths to help the patients he treats. He's also confident. He's self-assured in his work and isn't afraid to show his confidence in it.
Kaveh has a large sense of sensibility. He's wiser than he looks. This has been shown when he judges peoples character, or when he recognizes he is in over his head. While this sensibility may help him recognize the situations he gets in, he all-too-often throws wisdom out the window and charts his own course.
He's also a pretty good sense of humor. He knows how to have fun and make friends, but most of the time his work comes first, but he knows when enough is enough. He can break seriousness by giving a small little joke.
He's a fair judge of character and knows who he should be friends with and who he shouldn't. Despite being a quick thinker, he's not always the quickest learner and had to study extensiveness hours during school for tests. Despite showing signs of being quite wise, Kaveh can also be a bit naive and too trusting at times.
However, while he's all that's he's also ambitious. After his work at Arkham, he often spends nights researching the many people who have powers. He's a bit fascinated with them, eager to understand how it works. He's a bit stubborn when it comes to what he thinks his right and what he believes in.

Silas is everything you wouldn't expect from a 'hero'. He drinks too much (hence his addiction) and is as stubborn as a mule. He's not brave, he just does what he has to, all with a straight face. He's more interested with the woman he could meet on his mission then the job itself. If the mission is completed it's just a bonus. He's not like Captain America or Hawkeye, he's not a hero. He's just doing his job.
