Maybe Michael offers a service that Silas is likely to accept (don't ask what, because I have no idea) and then he manages to turn it into something criminal and Silas is the only person he wants to go near? So Silas has to come and get him and be like 'yah, I got you' and... Yeah... Idk. The original idea was that Silas hired Michael for some reason, I'm not entirely sure what reason, but he's kind of a good guy (... well, not a villain) so it's probably unlikely that he'd get in contact with Michael... or is it? YOU TELL ME WHAT'S LIKELY PLZ.
Second idea I just had as a kind of replacement, is that Michael somehow gets blackmail material on Silas or manages to manipulate him a little and as such Silas has to do what Michael says... Might be more evil but I don't know if Michael would be able to manipulate Silas...

(oh yes I like that -let's be evil to Silas, can I be evil to Silas? PLZ!?), and he runs into Michael or Michael runs into him, I don't know - literally/not literally? I don't care either - but uhm I have no idea.. uhmm... hmmm Maybe Michael wants Silas to do something and manipulates it so it sounds like Silas is doing something good but then goes all villain towards the end and is like MUHAHAHA NO GOODNESS IN MY SCHEMES. Yes. These two need to meet and Jim needs to rip out all his hair. ...okay maybe not all of it...but...you get the point! I'm not sure what he'd get arrested for...all I know is that it's bound to happen.
