Personality: {Hailey is a very quiet syphisticated girl. She has a great sence of humor once you get to know her. She can also be deadly and cunning. She is a generally nice person. But I don't recomend messing with her friends, you will regret it. }
History: {Well in a sence she is like Captain America. She was in World War Two, and faught along side Captain America, but before they ran into Hydra, she was reassigned to Belgum, to face a large Nazi force there. She was there for several months, and they were running out of men and time. The Nazis in Belgum said thay would leave there if she surrendered, and they excuted 1,000 children in the streets that day. So Hailey agreed to surrenender, figuring they would kill her, but no, they put her in a cryostasis tank, and slowly froze her while she watched them excute 5,000 more women and children. Later she found out that America forces broke into the Belgum facility, and stole the cryostasis tank, with her still frozen inside. But they did not free her, instead they save her until they needed her again, which was now.}
