The diner its self was small, but nice. The people within all knew her face. Some looked away right away and others just kept on staring at the once well known villain. Though the word on the streets were still that Harley was a chanced woman, and here she was walking in with a new man. Slowly, everything returned to normal as she opened her eyes and took in a long breath. Letting it out she smiled and looked back at he man who opened the door for her. “It is nice here, I promise everything is good to eat.” She grinned a little and winked at the wait staff. Who let her walk into the diner and pick a seat, she sat in a booth away from most of the other patrons and looked back a him.
“A new fair would be amazing. I always have the best costumes, have to make a new one every year. Though somehow I think yours will take the cake.” She grinned at him. She was still at awe with his raw power. It was going to be an interesting time if he allowed it.

Donovan followed her into the diner and past other people to take a seat across from Harley. "Yeah, I'm sure the food here is good. It smells good to me." He said with a smile and looked around at the people that were also in the diner, searching for any familiar faces, but he saw none. Then again before this last past year he wasn't the social type with the people he brought terror upon. "Do you come her often when you have the chance?" He asked, his gaze moving back to the woman. He actually was enjoying the time since he had met her in the park, though it was short he was sure they'd probably stick together and things would get interesting for the city.
"You make new costumes every year?" The man asked leaning slightly against the table. She did seem like the creative type to him. "That's pretty cool, Harley. How many have you made and do you still have them?" He asked purely out of curiosity and to make some conversation. He chuckled when she said she thought his would take the cake though,"Well, maybe."

“For the fair? Of course! I have all kinds of costumes, Mr. J use to love them.” She sighed happily, oh Mr. J how she missed him more than anything else. Her eyes closed remembering the good times, but she also could remember a all the times he backhanded her and sent her flying as well. Not as much in the good times category. “Normally a new clown costume, but it was always different, colors, designs. I miss the good old days. I’m not allowed to wear costumes like that anymore.” She was a bit pouty on the subject, but fell silent completely when a waitress came back to take their order.
She ordered something to eat and drink, the first time she had actually ever ordered for herself, which in its self was strange. After he ordered and the waitress left she turned her attention back to the man before her. She liked him, he was interesting. “I don’t think there is a maybe about it. I know you would.” She gave him her famous grin and sipped her water. “Turn into the dragon have the world bow down in a glorious trail of fire.” She said it a little softly to make sure others wouldn’t hear but she sighed just envisioning it. “That power is amazing, is it your true form or is this?”
