A massive black scaled beast stood in Central Park, striking fear in the hearts and minds of the people that had come here for a peaceful day. The dragon rumbled a sinister chuckle, malice shining in the slitted glowing green eyes.
Trees lay fallen, turned over, and splintered across the ground from the large spiked tail that swept across the grass. With each step Donovan took the ground shook and scattered the petty little civilians. Donovan took great pleasure in seeing them scatter before him, screaming and panicking. He noticed a little girl and lowered his giant head to look at her, causing the little child to scream and cry, completely terrified.

Skipping though the part was one of her favorite times. She loved the feeling of the win in her hair and the way that everything seemed to flow together in an endless bit of possibilities. Whenever she wanted a place to think, or to just simply scare the… Harley paused when she heard a chuckle, it sent shivers up her spine and a grin to cross her lips. The young woman ran towards the sound, past the screaming people, she was always the one the run towards disaster instead of away from it.
“Awww wook at the big guy,” She grinned as she moved towards the large black beast. The small child running and clinging to her a look of utter horror and utter disgust crossed her place as she tried to push the clinging thing off of her. At last, after some pressure the child fell off and hid her face still screaming. Harley shoved the child who began her run towards freedom, at least that’s what the child thought. Harley didn’t care either way. To her, she was more interested in the monster, the beautiful monster that was before her.

Donovan was surprised to see a woman running toward him and not away from him. He lifted his head way from the ground as the child ran away and opened his killer jaws, letting loose a roar that echoed down the streets. Never before had someone been so... unfazed by him. This woman was different than the others.
The park had become deserted within those few moments, leaving the black dragon and woman alone. Turning to her, Donovan took a step forward and looked down at her, his green eyes intently watching to see what she might do. "You're an interesting one." He noted and lowered his head once more to get a better look.
Perhaps she was a villain herself as well. She obviously wasn't a hero as she hadn't made any attempts to spot him during his rampage. 'Villain.' He decided quietly to himself as he watched her. [/blockquote]

Harley watched him as though he was a majestic creature a being so beautiful that you had to watch him in awe or miss a late part of what he was. Besides anything that liked to scare humans was perfect in her book. It was something her Mr.J would have loved to see. She could hear his voice in the back of her head. Telling her to charge in and make friends with the beast and he'd have her back. Maybe he was watching over her even now. She hoped he was. "Why thank you! I always say these pitiful folks need a shaking up now and again to really get their blood pumping! And you seem like one good act." She was almost giddy when she spoke to him. She bounced on her toes and approached. If he ate her, maybe then she would be back with her Puddin' that was off topic however.
"My name is Haaaaaarley Quinn. It's a pleasure to more ya'!" She put her left hand behind her back and held out her right one to shake it. "As for me being interesting, You don't know the half of it!" She grinned at him a sly I'm full of many mysteries way. "We could go kill some people or have a coffee if you like but I bet the coppers will be here soon. " she growled at the word cops but perked back up. She was still looking for her Puddin' but she could find a new play mate until then.

The dragon chuckled and nodded in agreement at what the woman said about needing to get the people's blood pumping by scaring them. "Very true. Yes, terror's my specialty." He spoke, agreeing. Moving his tail, another tree toppled over to the ground behind him, adding to the mess he had made.
Donovan shifted back into a human after a moment and stood before Harley. The tall, muscular man gave one of his charming, signature smirks when she introduced herself as Harley Quinn,"It's a pleasure to meet you, Harley. Donovan Miller here, but I'm mainly known as Titan by the citizens." The faint wail of sirens echoed faintly in the distance and he looked over his shoulder before his green gaze returned to Harley. "Either one is fine by me." He told her with a smile, responding to the killing or coffee question.
As the noise of the cop cars became louder, he knew they wouldn't we able to just waltz out of the park past the cops. "Care to make a grand exit?" The brown haired man asked and added,"I hope you aren't afraid of heights..." [/blockquote]

Oh she liked him. He went from a large killing machine to a small compact human form, that wasn't bad looking. Mr. J would have been so proud of her. She found a killing machine that seemed normal by day and freak by night! If only he were here to see. As the sirens sounded she got a little antsy. She had been doing so good so far.
"Well we will just have to figure out what to do then." She might moved towards him, more to get a better look than anything else. However the sirens were closing in and she knew what that meant. She could hear them approaching and just picture them asking how they are to defeat a large dragon. Heck she almost started to giggle at the thought. "No, I'm not scared of heights. There is very few things on this world that scare me.." She approached him only an arms length away from him now. Her mind still focused on his transformation. Did it hurt? Did he enjoy it? Which form was his true form?

Donovan's grin returned when she said she wasn't afraid of heights and that very few things scared her. He believed it, as she seemed brave. Nodding, he took a step back to ensure her safety before shifting back into the dragon. He had long ago gotten used to the brief pain of the change. The pain was a small price to pay for the power his second form brought him. He side stepped and lowered himself to his belly.
"Shall we?" He asked, turning his head to look down at her with a slitted green eye. Donovan moved his wing out of the way so she could climb up onto his back. "Just hold on, I promise you won't fall... And if you do, well, I'll catch you." By now the lights of the cop cars were barely visible through the trees, bu he didn't worry at all. They would be gone by the time they reached this spot. [/blockquote]

Yes that was so cool. She hopped up and down letting out an excited noise as she approached him. She ran her fingers over his side at first just taking in his texture and the feel of him before she climbed up onto his back with a grin. She could feel the power of the creature the utter destruction that would come if he became angry. Yes there was a good amount of power hunger, or in a more medical way to put it. She was drawn to power and this man possessed a good deal of it.
Once seated she positioned herself and found some natural points to hang on to a grin on her face. "Do you always take strangers out for a flight?" Her eyes moved towards the pending arrest that could possibly mean she was going back to the loonyben.. No she was not going to let that happen never again. No, to take her again they would have to kill her.

Donovan stood up once she was safely seated on his back. He gave a toothy grin and stepped forward before opening his wings and stretching them out to their full length. Just like his villain name, Titan, he dwarfed anyone with his sheer size and muscle. He truly was a creature of great power.
"Hold on." He warned before lifting her wings and with one great down-stroke, they were off the ground and in the sky. Slightly dropping one wing, they spiraled up into the sky, away from the cop cars. Some tried to shoot, but all the bullets did at this range were ricochet off his obsidian black scales and fall back to the earth. Donovan chuckled at their vain attempts to bring him down. Just for the fun of it, and for a show, he breathed fire down on the cop cars, before straightening out and bringing his wings down again to soar over the buildings.
"Nah. Not to strangers, only to those on our side," Came his response as they glided, casting a large shadow below. "So, where to, Harley?" The black dragon continued to climb in the sky, the people below now ants. [/blockquote]

When he told her to hold on Harley did just that, well as much as you could riding on a dragon with no saddle. Her eyes looked down at the cops when she heard the shots ring out. However, she had to admit when the dragon chuckled, she had to laugh. “That’s right coppers! No chance in hell you’re taking him down!” Over the top? Maybe, but she was having fun, the guns that she would normally have to consider dangerous did nothing to this great beast. She laughed, even giggled as she became giddy, when he turned and did a pass by the cars blowing fire she laughed harder, cheered for him and clapped her hands, though that was a little harder, since she was holding on. After that there was a slight feeling like she should jump up in his arms and hug him for such a great show. So for now, she just hugged his outer hard scales. Something that she had to run her fingers up and down, she liked the feeling.
The woman’s eyes looked over at the people below as she bit her lower lip. It was an amazing sight. No helicopter, no bats chasing her. They had done something similar to what she had done with the Joker in the past, however, this time she wasn’t dragged into a cop car when they were over whelmed. It was a great feeling. “If they had a fair going on I’d say lets go there and wreck up the place,” Her voice was full of wonder and excitement. She was in awe of his power and in more than one way it made her more interested in him. “But they don’t not yet at least,” She sighed a little depressed at that thought then looked up at the sky. “Do you want to catch a plane?” What she meant was crash a plane but who was counting. “Or just have lunch? I can make some great food if your interested.” The longer she was around him the higher pitched and excited she sounded. All she was missing was her clown clothing and she would be completely home.

Donovan turned his head lightly to look back at Harley as she laughed and yelled down to the cops. She was right, there was no way in hell they would be able to take him down. Ever. He could hear her laughing harder, cheering, and clapping as the cop cars burst into flames on the street. It wasn't a moment later that he left her arms wrap around his neck, well as far as they could go. He briefly glanced back and smiled slightly. He was really starting to like her.
"Ahhh, going to a fair would have been fun." The black beast agreed before scanning the gray-ish sky for any planes, however he could see none at the moment. "Food sounds good right about now. You?" Donovan told her, looking down at the streets and buildings below. No one was following them. Good they better not if they knew what was best for them. [/blockquote]

There were so many questions she had for the creature she was riding. Titan as it were. Though she never really wanted to ask them for the moment, no she wanted to focus on something else, mainly how cool it was to be flying like this. To be in the air without a care in the world, just to be simply free and enjoy everything around them. Her fingers kept lightly touching his scales, almost caressing them as they flew above the city. Yes, she was going to like this. If only Gordon could see the things she was hanging out with now, Joker would be the least of his problems.
“Perhaps next year when the fairs come around again, I’m sure the kids scream.” She giggled, “Oh the joke would be on them, if ya’ wanted ta’ there would be no escaping your grasp. Silly little civilians.” She giggled again then took in his thoughts about food, though she had to admits he looked around for a plane as well. It would have been so much fun, you know, catching a plane and taking it to the ground, sure, hundreds might die but, he was big enough to catch a plane! Who wouldn’t want to see that?! “Sure thing Titan what would you like?” She asked in her perky way, she leaned a little over to see his face better.

Donovan soon gave up on finding a plane at the moment and continued to fly over the city below them, keeping a look out for any police cars following them. There were none, which was a good choice on the Police Department's half. If they wanted to lose men or equipment they could sure try and arrest them. He could feel Harley's small hand against the side of his neck, her thin fingers lightly stroking the protective layer of scales.
"Yes, when the fairs come back, we'll go and have some fun. Everyone will be just be ecstatic to see us." A few brief moments of silence passed and he heard the woman's perky voice again, asking him what he would like to have. he glanced back at her as she leaned forward a bit to look at him,"Anything you'd like. I'm not picky." He told her with a slight smile,"Food just sounds good right about now." [/blockquote]

Hmm what did Harley want to eat. That had been something she hadn’t been asked for a long time. At the hospital there weren’t really choices and when with her Puddin’ she wasn’t allowed choices. It was always whatever he wanted and she would have to go get it or make it. So why was this catching her so off guard. She shifted back into a more secure position as she pondered what kind of food she actually wanted to eat. What kinds of food did she even like? The thought soon passed and she just started looking at the streets until she found a small diner that Joker had taken her to before.
“How about the diner?” Her voice sounded unsure. She honestly wasn’t use to being asked to pick things, she was actually worried about displeasing him by her choice. It felt as if she was having a test, and most of her answers were destined to be wrong. “As for those people at the fair.. I’m sure they would love to see us… I just need to have my costume next time.” She grinned thinking about putting on her clown costume and riding around on a giant dragon. At least she would match him in theory.

As Harley pointed out the diner, he nodded and circled around to land not too far away. He folded his great wings against his sides and lowered himself to the ground once more to let her off of his back. Once she was safely down he shifted back, the pain coming briefly before fading to nothing. Donovan shook his hair and his bright green slitted eyes faded back into a normal emerald green as he took on his human form. He flashed a smile at Harley and walked over to the diner, opening the door for her. Though he may be a villain, he acted like a gentleman to those that were on the same side as him, well, as long as they didn't get on his nerves. Once someone got him ticked it wasn't a pretty sight to see what happened next.
As soon as the door opened he heard talking from within and could smell the food that was cook. It smelled really good, making him more hungry than before. Hearing Harley, he smiled, looking at her,"I can't wait for a fair to come, It'll be a blast."
