[Dick Grayson]

It was like any other night in the city of Blüdhaven. It was the small town outside of Gotham that was not far away. Like Gotham, Blüdhaven had it's own corruption and power when it came to criminals. This town needed a hero, a savior to protect the innocents, one that is devoted of make sure justice is served. Blüdhaven already has their hero, one who can strike at any moment. The one that stands on the rooftop of a building...is Nightwing. The man behind the mask is Dick Grayson, the adopted son of Bruce Wayne. Ever since Bruce took the young man under his wing after his parents tragic deaths, he made Dick into a hero, his very own. Dick learned everything from Wayne and when the time came, he left Gotham and came to this city to start anew. With his experience, Dick came Blüdhaven and joined the police force as a detective and even though he liked his new career, there's cops that are dirty, like his both of his bosses. His mission: get rid of the corruption and put the bad guys in jail where they belong.

Getting off of work early, Dick quickly left and went to his apartment in Bludhaven. Then later on in the night, finishing off dinner, he donned the attire and went off, jumping from building to building, using his agility,speed and athleticism. He stopped and lands on the roof top of a building and takes out his binoculars to see if their is any shenanigans. Usually every night and then Dick would encounter some criminal stealing, kidnap, or doing anything stupid. It was like Gotham but the only difference is here, it's more exciting. On the weekends Dick would go to Gotham and spend some quality time with his other family and friends. He even spends time with Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) , not only his friend but lover too. He loved Babs ever since they first met back in Gotham Academy and since the day he confessed his feelings towards her, the two have dated, taking their relationship nice but slow. One person can say that Dick's a lucky man while others like Wally (Barry Allen's nephew), called Dick a "dog" for his previous relationships. Dick continues to look for any sign of criminal activity in the town.

[Bane]

Bane had created a lot of chaos and caused destruction in Gotham City these last couple of weeks. The city wasn`t the same as it used to be. And he bad been up against Batman a few times as well. Bane always worked on ways to bring Batman down, always looked for new information to hurt him the most. And what could make Bruce Wayne react more by Bane`s actions? Bane had gotten the information about a certain Dick Grayson, the adopted son of Mr.Wayne. After what Bane had heard, he was not located in Gotham,but in the city called Bludhaven.


At this very night, Bane had taken the trip to Bludhaven to see what was going on there. Appearently Dick went by another name as well, Nightwing. Bane walked down the street to see if he could spot Nightwing out tonight. If he was adopted by Bruce, then he must have been trained like him as well, Bane thought. He was looking for him. Bane and his men had started firing bullets in the streets and scaring people there as well. People were screaming in the streets as they were running away from Bane and the soldiers.

The sounds of bullets are heard as Dick looks with his binoculars, seeing men on the streets, scaring people away but there’s another man that Grayson knew, a man that Bruce told him all about…Bane. He was the man who broke Bruce’s back, almost putting Batman out of commission, thankfully Bruce’s back is much better. The men that were associated with Bane were no problem but it was Bane himself that was the challenge. Bane was trained in the League of Shadows by Bruce’s mentor, Ra’s Al Gull. His origin was mystery but did not matter at this point.

Putting away his binoculars, he took out five smoke pellets in his hand and held onto them tight. Then he jumps off the building before hitting the smoke pellets at each of Bane’s goons, not at the innocents. As smoke started to come up, the men were wondering what was going on, Bane knew. Each guy was taken due to Nightwing’s finesse, quick response of kicks, punches and all kinds of attacks. Not even their guns would hurt Dick because of his agility and speed. Once they were all laid out, Nightwing looked up to Bane, who was away from him.

“What are you doing here Bane?”

As people tried to escape and run away,some of them got killed from the guns shooting at them. Bodies were laying in the streets around Bane and his men. But it didn`t take long before smoke started to rise around the men. Bane looked around and knew that Nightwing had noticed their presence in the city. He walked a bit away from the smokey area in the street,but turned as he heard the sounds of someone getting punched and kicked. Nightwing was close, Bane thought and just waited for him to show himself for Bane.

As the smoke started to disappear and got lighter to see through, Bane looked at Nightwing standing there with his men laying on the ground. Bane kept looking at him, studying his figure.

"I felt the need of stopping by your city..to find you Dick Grayson.." Bane said to him in a loud growly voice.

How did Bane know Dick? He must have done a lot of research to look him up, maybe on the Internet, google or different sources but that did not matter. Nightwing looked around, seeing the bodies of Bane’s henchmen that were knocked and laid out. But there were others, innocents, now dead thanks to the man that Nightwing is looking at. It made him cringe and form his one hand into a fist, but kept his composure in front of Bane. He would not charge at him, a foolish move to make, because you don’t want to give away that much.

“So hurting people to get my attention is your style huh?”, he asked Bane and of course it is, but Nightwing was trying to get in Bane’s head a bit before going on. “I know all about you Bane. My mentor told me about your story, who you are, where you came from and what you do for a living. Pretty sad that you were The League of Shadows little puppet…doing all the dirty work for Ra’s and Talia”, now that would hit something into a Bane but he would just laugh at Dick’s words, but Dick would not care at all. “You have my attention Bane and if you want to fight me…then that’s fine but remember one thing…”, he told him.

Taking out his Eskrima Sticks, he looked at Bane. “Iwon’t back down from anyone…not even you Bane”
