Steve was tired. Who wouldn't be after staying up half the night listening to Tony Stark as he steadily made himself drunk, something Steve didn't have the luxury of doing. So many times he wished he could enjoy the dizziness that came with being drunk. He wished that his mind would fuzz over and he'd forget his problems as the alcohol took over. But Rogers was unable to do that, the Super Soldier serum didn't allow that. So he could just keep ordering beers and nothing would effect him.
He walked down to the kitchen of the Avengers Mansion and went straight to the coffee maker. Before anything else he was going to make coffee to wake himself up. Then he'd probably throw a few punches at the punching bag, break a few...maybe go jogging. Something like that.

"Jarvis!Have you seen my I-Pod!?" he asked the AI Butler. "I believe sir it is in the kitchen if you check. You were having breakfast with Miss Potts before the two of you left the kitchen" Jarvis told him as Tony sighed. Why was it that he would forget things? Tony was one that could never get himself organized when he used to be in the office at his company. "Thank you Jarvis" he told the AI as he started walking in the kitchen, seeing Steve Rogers. "Ah hoy Captain!" he said as he stood up straight, looked into the ceiling and saluted in a serious mocking tone.
He stopped and laughed, he was only playing around. Him and Rogers had there differences since the forming of The Avengers but there's been a respect between them. Rogers thought of Tony, someone who was having too much fun and not taking things seriously. Tony was the life of the party and Steve knew that. Sometimes the old man needed to take a break and enjoy himself. Tony found his I-Pod near the coffee machine. "There it is" he said as Tony took the I-Pod from the coffee machine, glad the coffee didn't get on there. "So how's your morning?"

The Captain turned when he heard Tony's voice. He rolled his eyes at the salute. "Morning Tony." He said, turning his attention to the coffee as the maker sputtered as it made the coffee. He turned to look at him when he grabbed the ipod from where it sat by the coffee maker. "Well my morning just got worse now that you showed up," Steve said with a smirk to show he was just messing around.
He was surprised that some of Tony's messing around skills had rubbed off on him. He didn't like to admit it but he respected Tony. The other man was somewhat like an annoying brother that doesn't ever shut up. So I guess you could call the two friends. The Battle of Manhattan had changed all of them. Before the streets had been turned into a war zone both Steve and Tony expressed their dislike for the other, but now there was peace between them. They still drove the other up the wall now and then but hey at least they weren't trying to kill each other.

"Just getting worse? Come on Cap, how could the morning get worse. You got me of all people, don't know about the rest though" he said to Steve. It was Captain America that worked with his father Howard Stark, this guy was a living legend. They didn't hit it off at first but during the battle in Manhattan, Tony trusted Cap and remembered Steve giving The Avengers orders. Tony himself as a leader could never work, he didn't have the guts to really do it. He and Hailey were the ones to lead the Avengers and SHIELD into victory.
"And besides, what else can go wrong? It's not like someone's gonna barge in here, attack us" he said to him before opened the refrigerator. "We got ham, chicken, vegetables, sweets, .more sweets, camp bells" he said as he kept looking in the refrigerator. He had breakfast with Pepper but his stomach wasn't ready to give up. "You hungry Steve?" he asked him with Tony's head still in the refrigerator, getting out some orange juice, placing it on the counter before going back to the refrigerator again.

Steve smirked at him. "You're so full of yourself, Stark." He rolled his eyes with a soft chuckle as he leaned against the counter, facing Tony's back as the other man dug through the fridge. "Throw me and apple or something," He said as he turned to get a mug out of the cupboard. "Coffee?" he glanced at Stark, his hand lingering by the handle of another coffee mug.
The Captain had to say that after you got to know Iron Man he wasn't really that bad of a guy. Sure he was as annoying as hell but he wasn't a bad guy. He just had some selfishness issues.

“We do have coffee, it should be in one of the cupboards” he told him. Sometimes Jarvis, his real life butler was the one who would always go to the store and buy supplies. It wasn’t in Tony’s nature to go out and buy food at times because of his occupation. Jarvis would keep everything organized from top to bottom, from foods to dessert which amazed Tony. He should give the old man a paycheck for his hard work, more bigger than what Jarvis has been getting recently. Tony pulled his head out of the refrigerator looking at Steve.
“I got a fuji apple…..catch” he said as he threw it at Steve before Steve catches it. “So how’s everything?” he asked Steve.

Steve rolled his eyes. "I was asking if you wanted any coffee, not if we had any." He smirked slightly as he caught the apple, only looking from the corner of his eyes. "Hows everything? Well, everything is alright." He said with a small smile, thinking back to nearly hours after the New York battle. He had proposed to Samantha Winters. The grin that appeared on his face now was nothing compared to the beam that had been on his face that moment. But it was there none the less and he nearly forgot Tony was in the room and tried to hide it, but he knew that it had been there for far too long for Stark not to notice.
