Personality: {Jenna is an outgoing, confident woman. She can often seem ditzy or unintelligent due to her habit of speaking before thinking. In truth, she can be very intelligent and is very good at targeting people out. She can identify people from body language only and has been known to hide from undercover police. Her personality changes ever so slightly when she's on a drug of some form due to their effects. Her usual substance makes her over-confident, arrogant and somewhat aggressive.
She is naturally happy and talkative, though somewhat naive. She is a little paranoid from years of usage, but rarely voices her paranoia unless it's getting too high for her to ignore. Jenna is flirty, though not a tease. She often uses her innocent appearance to her advantage - especially around men - and is not someone who holds back. She can become argumentative if irritable and argues more when she's extremely paranoid about something. She's somewhat fearless, though obviously has fears.
Jenna is very active and generally dislikes to be doing nothing. She bores easily and finds it difficult to focus on things that don't interest her or can't hold her attention. This can sometimes be people, though Jenna tries to be polite when this happens. That can often not work due to her habit of putting her foot in it, at which point she'll usually shrug it off and walk away. This is something she's good at; shrugging things off. She moves on quickly and this includes when someone wrongs her. Jenna is the first person to forgive, though it requires the other person to be sorry.
Despite her paranoia, she grows to trust people quickly... Probably too quickly, actually. Her trust doesn't extend to strangers, though she's more than happy to talk to strangers. This can lead to trouble for Jenna, including arrest, which has happened a number of times.
Overall, though, Jenna is a friendly, confident, outgoing person. She is also naive and somewhat trusting, though also paranoid and an addict. She is active and bores easily, but has been known to choose home over going out somewhere - though this is rare. She is social and generally a good person who's made bad decisions, which has led to her current situation in life.}
History: {On the 13th of February, 1990, Robert and Georgia Haynes gave birth to their third child in Gotham Central Hospital. She was a healthy and happy child with two older siblings - a pair of twins - who were extremely different to each other. The trio grew up in a happy, though somewhat broken, home. Their parents had the odd argument, which became more and more common as the children grew up. Living in Gotham City had never been exactly quiet, though. They lived in the East End of Gotham, meaning that they heard a lot of sirens and a lot of trouble. Georgia and Robert tried many times to get out of the East End for their children's sake, though the stress that this put on their relationship caused the couple to split. They divorced when Jenna was seven and Georgia got custody of the children while Robert seemingly disappeared.
Jenna spent much of her childhood out of the house, though, with her siblings. When they weren't in school, the trio hung around with their friends. They were in the same circles of friends, many of their friends being siblings of each other. Jenna's friends were more trouble makers than her siblings' friends were and her siblings often warned Jenna to not get in any trouble. As a head strong child who firmly believed in making her own decisions, though, Jenna ignored her brother and sister and continued to hang around in the group of students she'd grown to trust and like. She became something of the little sister of her group of friends, with the others telling her when to run out of a situation.
When she was eleven, Jenna was almost arrested for shop lifting. She managed to get away with two of her friends just in time, though none of the others had told them to run. Jenna had noticed that one of the shop workers had been watching them and told as many people as she could to get out, though only two of them had paid any attention to what she'd said. Though they'd all had a laugh about it the next day, when those who had been arrested were in school, they'd also discussed what had happened and thus Jenna became look out.
By thirteen, Jenna had never been arrested, though had many close shaves. Her siblings and their friends had stopped hanging around Jenna and hers, but that didn't bother the young blonde. She was somewhat arrogant with the fact that she'd never been arrested, though had been a part of shop lifting a lot in the years leading up to then. She was caught when she was fourteen, though. The group had run out of a shop and split up. Jenna and two others were caught by police and taken to the station. As it was first time she was caught, Jenna was let off though given a warning not to do it again. When her mother got to the station, Jenna was given more than a warning not to do it again, she was told that if she did it again then she was getting kicked out of the house.
This had made her more careful. She became sneakier when running away from a shop and often made her way home before her mother realised she was late. Her mother probably suspected things, and Jenna was sure her siblings had mentioned something about it, but she never told Jenna off for what she was doing. This was likely because she was too busy with her job and so didn't want to have trouble with her youngest child as well.
At sixteen, Jenna got a boyfriend called Gary and dropped out of high school by walking out in the middle of the day. She also stole a handful of money from someone on the way home. Her mother caught her when she got home and the pair had an argument. Her mother told her that she needed to go to school because then she'd be able to do something with her life. Jenna argued that it was her life and she'd do with it what she pleased. Her mother told her that 'fine, but don't cry to me when it goes crap', at which point Jenna announced that she was moving in with her nineteen year old boyfriend... And did so. Not long after this, Jenna became addicted to drugs. Her boyfriend was a dealer and while the pair had been at a party, Gary gave her a drug. He became her supplier though was arrested during a raid which Jenna wasn't home during. She got home that night and found the police there. She moved out of that flat soon after and dumped Gary.
In the following seven years, Jenna became a long time addict, was disowned by her mother and became a part-time prostitute in order to pay for her habit and rent. She had been with her now ex-boyfriend, Jules, when Batman and then The Joker came around. Jenna broke up with him soon after Joker was arrested by the SWAT team while they were on a ferry. Currently, Jenna is living with her cousin, Guy, who is also a dealer and the pair pay for their rent as best as they can. Jenna has, since dropping out of high school, been arrested a number of times for possession though managed to stay out of prison by striking a deal with the police and the DA every single time, which mostly involved her giving them her dealer. Since moving in with Guy, though, Jenna hasn't been arrested. That's likely to change soon.}
RP Sample: {Stumbling down the street, Jenna spun on the spot as the sun beat down on her. She was high and felt like she was on top of the world. With a laugh, Jenna almost fell off of the pavement, though managed to stay on her feet. A car horn sounded and, looking around with a frown, Jenna turned before realising that the driver was annoyed at her. She lowered the large sunglasses that were perched on her nose and eyed the driver while pursing her lips. She skipped around the side of the car and tapped on the window while grinning. As the driver lowered the window, Jenna's grin turned into a sweet smile.
"Wanna go with me, sir?" She asked, her grin returning as she shifted her weight. The man eyed her and raised an eyebrow.
"You know what I am?"
"Interested?"
"Police."
Jenna tilted her head innocently and smiled softly, trying to look as innocent as possible.
"Good thing I ain't doing anything wrong then, officer." She commented, smile growing a little. The man chuckled.
"Prostitution?"
"Only wrong if you're married." She remarked, giggling a little. She was so high. She knew he knew she was high. Only someone high or drunk laughed with the police about prostitution.
"You know where you're going?"
"That way." Jenna answered, pointing down the road before she took off with a grin. Her feet pounded the road and pavement as she ran, hearing the officer getting out of his car. He wouldn't catch her, though, Jenna was certain of it. She had gotten a head start and was fast. She was going to get away. Or, she thought she was going to get away. Jenna seemed to have good luck with getting away, so it wouldn't be a surprise if she did...}
Not my best but just done quickly.
