{1} {Dragon shape change- Just as the power name explains; she can turn into a beast of myth. Though unlike most dragons she isn't an impenetrable wall of scales. While her hide is strong enough to block most 'magic'. That is anything under the level of Asgardian, a certain Sorcerer Supreme or his enemies so it may as well just be for show. She can shrug off most mundane attacks. To a point; Armor piercing rounds and most blades will still hurt like a sonofa, just at varying levels depending where you aim. After all the beasts wings are just giant 'HIT ME HERE!' targets if something or someone got lucky and knocked her out of the sky.
That doesn't mean they aren't still huge wind catching targets when she's airborne however, just she's more swift at manoeuvring in the sky. As far as her claws and fangs go they can't rip through anything like Uru or Adamantium; but most mundane metals and the like can be tore open. It'd just be a waiting game depending on what she's ripping into and if she has to contend with other entities attacking her at the same time. Considering the wild nature of this aspect of her powers; her bipedal state had been permanently altered when this particular power rose to the surface.
That is she gained a long, thin version of the powerful tail her bestial form has; as well as sharper teeth and clawed hands/feet. Besides that she also has scales and 'spikes' adorning her shoulders and the back/tops of her hands and feet. Along with a long patch of scales running the length of her spine to her new tail-base as if in mimicry of the much larger spines and sharp scales adorning the spine of her dragon mode. }
Dragon mode weakness:
Dragonsbane: A plant that, in small doses; makes her rather drunk. Or like a cat on a catnip high. In larger doses, which is basically a cupful of the sap or more however; she could get very sick and be unable to do much more than retch painfully if she had been forced/coerced into drinking it.
The easiest way to fool her into drinking it is to stir the sap into hot tea or some kind of strong tasting drink. This is the primary and worst weakness to her altered state. As it renders her too out of it when large amounts are pumped into her to fight back if someone started wailing on her.
If her opponent 'tainted' a weapon with the sap of these plants it would make it that much easier to cut through her hide. Due to her bipedal mode being altered by her beast mode she's even affected in 'twolegged' state. And its far easier to OD her in her human height form.
Shout weakness: it exhausts her to use these shouts. So despite the short span of usefulness to the shouts she can be out of breath and shaky like she was exercising till her blood sugar dropped. Another way this power is weakened; to piggy back on the plant based weakness, is simple. Her mind is so addled by the Dragonsbane she can't even think far enough to use her shouts to fight back.

{Thanks to a certain wellknown midgardian game her vocal power is referred to as the Thu'um or Shouting - Unlike the notable game her midgardian-dwelling companions got the name of her power from however. She does not absorb dragon souls to learn these 'Shouts'. Instead she only has the route of meditation and calm contemplation to gain strength in her power.
Which could be as much a hindrance as a help in some regards, mostly thanks to how her short fuse and wish for quick action interferes. As well as the fact she can really only use these 'shouts' when in Dragon shape. Unless the shout she's trying for is a basic one like 'Fus'.
Thanks again to her lack of patience for the 'pointlessly slow' meditation method of learning. The girl only has a handful of shouts she can even partly use properly and of them she only has one 'word' of each.
List of words she knows:
*this first one is the only word she can use in both shapes*
Fus "Force" - All this does is knock an enemy off kilter for a second. If/when it gains strength by her learning the other two words, she'd be able to knock someone through a wall even in 'biped' shape. For right now however she can only hurt someone with this in dragon mode otherwise it might as well be a watered down telekinetic blip for all the good it does. In Dragon mode on the other 'claw' however she could bounce someone off a hard object if they were close enough to it.
In Human mode it lasts for two seconds to knock someone back two or three steps if she's lucky and its not someone who can plant themselves like a rock or become an unstoppable forward moving force. In Dragon mode the shout lasts for four seconds if she's lucky and while the limit of it only affecting those who can specifically defend against the knockback remains, the damage she can do is a bit better.
Yol "Fire" - Since she has only the beginning of this shout, and will likely take longest to gain the other two words; she only has about the same range of fire as a sputtering flamethrower. So for about two feet in front of her scaly snoot is the only danger zone. As far as duration goes she gets maybe a 15 minute burst from this Shout.
Raan "Animal" - This is a purely mind affecting shout, and it messes with animals not people. Since she only has the first word of this shout it affects small, non lethal animals. Like songbirds, squirrels or mice, even bats if she's used it at night. Insects however do not heed this call.
Neither does any mutant who can turn animal mode or otherwise has the nature of a wild beast. However this is likely the one word that any mutants who were animal in nature COULD understand it insofar as a cry for help if they knew Mira. She just can't compel their obedience. This shout's duration and length of time she's exhausted for using it is about a half hour.
*note: I say non lethal as in those few critters which generally do not harm humans insofar as killing them. Rabid animals would not heed this as Rabies could potentially kill humans. Also this power lies at Admin discretion insofar as whether it works on any beasts in the area.*
So basically the length of time she can use these shouts is roughly the length of time she's a lil slower and out of breath. The effect will worsen if she tries to 'stack' shouts once the 'cooldown' wears off so there is going to be some residual exhaustion either way.

Personality: {Protective, Loving and battle-happy might sound odd for most denizen's of Alfheim all in one sentence. But they among others fit Mira rather well. As would stupidly brave; particularly in the case of a situation that's likely to get her tail handed to her. She only wilfully acts this way if those she knows can't fight back or her comrades need her aid.
So, despite her elder's opinions 'back home' she is not a simple minded creature. She just gets far too focused on protecting and helping others on occasion. She affects to never seem fearful, but the truth is she is so protective of her friends and comrades at arms because she fears their safety being used to turn her from the path of Good. This fear is also what keeps her from expressing love to any potential lifepartners. She would not be able to handle the thought of them being used as a way to coerce her.}
History: {Mirandel was a lucky second child for a pair of elves in a relatively quiet village in the realm of Alfheim. She was born a good deal of time after her sister who had been born in deep winter whereas Mira was a summer child. So her sister Aela was around the human age of nineteen when Mirandel was born to Kemanorel and Shandril of house Ashkevron.
Theirs was a minor home; nowhere near as great in importance as those who regularly communicated with those who interacted with Alfheim. But they fared well enough as it stood. Mirandiel was happy enough; often seen with her elder sister when Aela was practising magery. Though whereas Aela was careful Mira was too adventurous by half. And unfortunately her curiosity in the darkest part of the forest near her village would not be waylaid by a simple 'no, you are not to go there' by her parents.
One night not long after Mira hit ten winters in age
