Avengers/JLA || A Day Unlike Any Other

Just like any regular day in the city , the citizens of the great city enjoy their day, just doing normal things everyone else does every day. It didn’t mean the city changes because it’s still the city that never sleeps, always one of the most busiest cities in the world. This is the city where The Avengers hail ever since that day where they defeated the trickster, Loki and his army of aliens from another galaxy, and that’s the day where they became Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Since that the day, the Avengers have saved the world time and time again from evil threats such as Thanos, Loki, and more. But there’s another superhero group called The Justice League and like The Avengers, they were dedicated to protecting the world too. What these two groups didn’t know was that something was about to go down.

Something big arrives in the city, overshadowing everything and it‘s not just one, it‘s a lot of them. The people start to look up to the skies, wondering who they are and what they’re doing in the city. Suddenly, a blasts hit’s the ground hard, people start running and screaming, trying to find safety but then the big thing lands, one after another. They look like some kind of robotic version of another robot but he was a hero, not someone who is now attacking the city and causing mayhem. Many of them start picking up cars, trees, and whatever they find, throwing it at innocents. Some people try to escape, some get hurt and probably worse as the situation unfolds. The people need someone, they need a hero to save them from these army or robots invading the city….

Meanwhile back in Stark Towers, Tony Stark, the billionaire, genius, and inventor, finished his workout as he grabbed a towel. “Mister Stark” said the voice of his AI butler Jarvis. “Yeah Jarvis?”, he asked him. “I am sorry to disturb you but I have gotten word from SHIELD about an attack on the city, they require The Avengers immediately sir”, Jarvis said as Tony was curious to who would start an attack. “What do we got Jarvis?”, he asked him as Tony left the gym and running upstairs to change into his tech suit. “Dreadnought’s sir”, Jarvis answered, leaving Tony just groaning and shaking his head. He’s faced them before when he became Iron Man so why would they attack the city? Didn’t Tony teach them a lesson awhile back?

In his tech suit Tony went inside of a room where the lights came on revealing five different suits he’s used in the past. Stepping onto what it looks like a guntry, Tony raised his arms and kept his feat on the guntry while looking at the five suits. “Mark III…on”, Tony commanded as each part of the Mark III separated and started coming at Stark one by one and covering him up. Tony remained calm and collected as the Mark III is on Tony before his helmet covers his face. “All systems online sir” Jarvis said as something above him started to open with Stark looking up, seeing a big hole. “Engage”, Tony said before he took off, leaving Stark Towers and heading towards the battlefield. “Jarvis, contact the rest of The Avengers please”, he told his AI butler keeping his attention focused on the dreadnoughts head on.

[Megan Anne Morse]

Megan was at the Mount Justice cave, looking up stuff on the computer, when she noticed that a sound of something was coming from the headphones..... Curious. She wasn't listening to music right now.

Clicking on it, Megan was greeted with Live Streaming footage of .... omnicidal robots, apparently. She was also given an eyeful of the carnage of the effects of people who weren't lucky or fast enough.... It was ..... disturbing, to say the least.

After seeing what happened when a car ran over a guy, roof-first, Megan swiftly decided that she was going to ruin their day of carnage and destruction.

Looking up at AJ, she made a comment "Gotta go." and then hopped up from the chair and briskly walked elsewhere in the underground base. AJ looked at the screen, and then started to folow her, ranting about something involving the words 'young lady' ..... it didn't do much to stop her.

Flying out of a hidden window, She sonic boomed her way to downtown Manhattan. Stepping in front of a thrown car, she caught it, saving a restaurant full of people from having to end up as chunky bits. Megan then immediately hefted it up and lobbed it straight through the dreadnought.

Walking up to the downed robot, she bent over to look at it face to face. "Happy motoring." she said in a smarmy tone, and then kicked the head off for a field goal into the bay. (splash one)

[Clark Kent]

In a nice restaurant in the heart of Manhattan, Clark and Lois start to eat their food that they ordered. They came to the city so they can take some time off of work. The two love to work at the Daily Planet but sometimes you have to step aside & find time for reach other.. As Lois takes a sip of her drink, she looks at the window, seeing citizens starting to run, screaming their heads off. Lois was confused but knew it was, someone is starting to attack Manhattan. Looking at her husband, she could see the concern in his eyes and knew he had to do something. Placing her hand on his she said, “Go ahead Clark. I’ll find a safe place and then come out until it’s safe”, she told himm leaning over, brushing her lips onto his. "Knock em’ dead”[/b] she told him as the two stood up. Everyone starting to take cover, while some run out of the restaurant. “Stay here Lois and wait for me”, Clark told her. Lois took cover under the table as Clark ran out of the restaurant, going through people and while everyone starting running for safety…Clark ripped his shirt…revealing the symbol of a familiar S. Clark went into a vacant alley and before you know it, something took off in heart beat…covered in red and blue while the S logo is on the red cape and the chest of someone…..

SUPERMAN

The Man Of Steel flies quickly to the heart of the Manhattan before seeing robots attacking the city. The only thing is Clark has never encountered these things before, because they are brand new to him. Suddenly his super hearing picked up, the sound of a car being thrown as Clark stopped and looked for it. There were so many robots that even one was coming for him. Clark lunged forward and punched the robot backwards before hitting the robot with another punch. Grabbing the robot by the arm, The Man Of Steel threw the beats into another robot. Using his heat vision, he fired them both into nothing but scraps of iron, while another blast came out of nowhere but at the robots attacking the city. Superman looked behind him, seeing The Man of Iron…Iron Man going after the robots. The Man of Iron saluted at Superman before taking off into battle with the other robots. At least Superman wasn’t alone on this was one but he could sure use a lot of help. Luckily he has his earpiece in and tapped on it before saying, “Superman to any Justice League member who’s active. We got a huge situation down here in Manhattan of New York City so I need help asap”, he told his fellow allies and to the watchtower.

Then Superman saw Megan in action as Clark was shocked. How did she see this? Why was she here? Clark shook his head and groaned as he hit another robot who was coming after him, with a punch then headed straight for Megan. Clark did not like it at first but Megan was showing off what she is made of and besides, she is martian like J’onn J’onzz. Clark see’s a car that was about to hit a family but Megan caught it, saving the people which left Clark impressed a bit. As Clark flew up to her, he landed and looked at Megan with a smile on his face. “I see that you’re having fun”, he told her as the family starts to run for safety. “You know I could really use your help right now Megan. Members of the Justice League will be here to help us out but I don’t think we’ll be the only ones”, he said, as he pointed to the man in full iron firing his repulsor blasts at the robots, then Clark looks at Megan. “Come on”, he told her as The Man of Steel with his super breath blew right at the robots in the sky, catching them off course. Heading up in the sky, Clark starting growing through each one with his heat vision and destroying them. The Man of Steel looks at Megan, knowing she will join him.

Megan wasn't sure what to think of kal'el's 'having fun' comment..... anyway "I couldn't just let them keep smearing people like pizza on the street."

"Come on..." and superman kicked assets and didn't bother with names.

Megan didn't disappoint; she was right behind him, smashing through whatever robots the Man of Steel missed, left right and center, taking robot heads off like the best of them.

Smashing bad guys was easy, it was the rest of the facets of being a superhero that was harder to pull off.

One giant robot had picked up a whole bus jam-packed with people, many of whom were now hanging out the windows and screaming to get out before the city bus became an air bus.

Oops - by the time Megan noticed, the bus was already in flight ! She seemed to teleport to where the bus was, and caught the bus. Barely.

Yerp, super-hero'ing was not as easy as abc/123.

[Bruce Banner]

Bruce was in a park near Manhattan reading a book and spending some quiet time to himself before, something started buzzing in his pocket. Taking it out, it was his Avengers ID card and Bruce sighed, shaking his head. He didn't mind saving the world but couldn't there be a day where he wasn't the hero? Pressing one button on it, he heard the message from Jarvis saying that there's an attack in Manhattan and that all Avengers must respond to it. This kind of sucked for Bruce because he didn't even have his own arm on or does he? Opening up his shirt a little bit..he smirked. He has on the armor and the funny thing is that Bruce almost forgot about it. Silly him. Placing the book down on the bench he was sitting on, Bruce stood up and took off his glasses , looking up at the heavens. With one huge scream he started transforming as he clothes were into shreds and he was no longer Bruce Banner anymore.

Letting out a huge growl, Hulk jumped up into the skies, heading straight to the heart of Manhattan. As he got there, he saw a lot of robots, and grinned big. He reached one robot by grabbing the head and ripping it off his mouth before spitting it out. A robot got him from behind and blasted him as Hulk grunted in anger before turning around and throwing the previous robot he dealt with into the other one. Then Hulk took a big jump at the robot and clobbered his head with both of The Hulk's big green hands. Hulk saw other heroes, mostly Iron Man that he knew or metal man as he called him. Then there's Superman but Hulk did not know the other hero, must be a newbie. That wasn't for Hulk to figure out now because he has some smashing to do. What were these things? They weren't metal man's robots, that's for sure. He looked at the other robots coming. "Hulk smash!", he said as he jumped up heading straight for more robots.
