Steve sighed and opened his mouth to reply when her punch hit him in the jaw. He blinked, startled. He grinned, "That's it!" A dull ache swelled out from the place where she'd punched his jaw, not enough for him to mind, but enough to leave a small bruise, that was beginning to form.
"Don't ever, think that you're weak, do you understand me?" Steve asked her, seriously as he stared into her eyes.

Sam bit her lip and looked at him "oh my god . im sorry does it hurt?"she askd with worry in her tone.She felt glad she was able to land a punch at least but she really felt bad about it at the same time ,seeing as it was already starting to form a bruise. " i didnt mean to hit you that hard "
She didnt know how he could affect her so much but she knew that she loved him and that she could trust him with her life."i will try .. for you , love " she smiled softly and kissed his jaw gently.

"Sam, I'm fine, don't worry." he told her, taking her hands in his and gently kissing her cheek. "Now, I want you to hit this punching bag as though it was...someone trying to kill Broden and I, go it? Try and knock it off the hook if you can." He told her, stepping back and hanging up one of his punching bags.
Then he looked at the clock. "On second thought, we've been here nearly all morning, we can pick it up again later or tomorrow." He told her with a smile. "If that's okay with you."

"thats good .. i dont want to hurt ever .. i mean if just a little . it kills me inside the thought of hurting you " she said softly and savored the sweet feel of his lips on her cheek."oh okay .. punch the bag . well that i can do .. hmm .. you do remember that i dont have superstrength " she said softly and smiled. she doubted she would be able to punch it so hard it fell off the hook.
Sam looked at him and sighed softly as she listened to him speak again. this time he said they could resume it late or tomorrow.She did want to take a hot shower and relax a bit."oh alright ..yeah sounds good "
