"oh pretty much everyone is hooking up with everyone . lots of one night stands .. sex without marriage and stuff like that .. you will find out that todays world , few things are taboo " she smiled as she copied the bow.
she smiled as she told the waitress that she would be having the same as her."oh alrighty then. hope you like spicy food " she smiled and found them a table nearby.
"nice to meet you hailey .. so what do you do ?" she aske curiously in hopes that they could maybe be friends , she would like a friend that could accept her without being the same as her. she took her hand and gave it a firm shake and smiled ." dont worry shaking hands is still the polite thing to do "

"well then its good to try new things . only way to find out if you like them" she smiled and looked at him and smiled more.She listened and looked at her " oh okay .. so youre a hero too huh .. saviors of the world , that sort of jazz " she smiled and shrugged , she had met heroes before , hell she had studied with them.
"hmm .. how does one become a hero now a days .. so who do you work with then.. im a bit curious , you dont have answer if you dont want too " she said softly and smiled more as the food arrived and she took in the smell of fresh curry and other delicious spices. " so Hailey , is there anything you would like to know .. just ask and i will tell as much as i am comfortable with "

"Well I have been a 'hero' since the middle of World War Two." She smiled.
She looked at the food curiously, and took a nibble. It was alright, but spicy. She liked it. So she took a bigger bite.
I wonder if she knows who I am. I just gave her the biggest hint of all time.. She smiled and ate another small forkfull. |

" hmm .. thats a long time to be a hero . guess you arent thinking of retirement ? " she sid with smile and took a bite of the food and enjoyed the taste. " hmm .. i know of captain america .. then there was mistress liberty but they both were assumed missing in action , assumedly dead." she muttered to herself.
"do you like the food?"she asked with a smile and looked at him and then around a bit. " do know about mutants ?the war between humans and mutants?"

She smiled at her little joke. "I'll never retire, I have time to rest when I'm dead."
She smiled at the assumed dead comment. Wrong...
She looked at her. "Mistress Liberty was found in a cryostasis tank, frozen, for 70 years" She smiled all the clues on the table.
She looked at her food and took another bite. "Mutant war?"

"thats good . the world needs heroes.. i dont think it will ever stop to need them .. its a good thing that people still want and believe in heroes" she said with a soft smile. " as for rest , well one always need a good night of sleep "
"she was . oh i must have missed that newd .. so what you are trying to tell me ..is your mistress liberty ,one of the infamous supersoldiers they had back in the day.." she had always been a bit of a nerd for old times. "that would explain it .. That is pretty cool .." she said softly and licked her lips and ate some more food. she liked this relaxed feeling that she got from being a bit social, she had not been the best at that with her ,current situation. "so did you have a husband or something?" she said softly and looked at her.
"hmm .. there was a dispute between a gang of mutants who called themselves the brotherhood of mutants. you have another group of mutants who call themselves the x-men"She said softly and licked on her lips a bit and looked up at the roof.

She smiled a little sadly. "No, I don't have a husband. But there is one man, but I think he is preoccupied. You know as in there is this girl Sam."She said with a sigh.
She nibbled on her foot, and took a sip of some of the water on the table.
"Interesting," She set the glass of water down, a little harder than she meant to, "I'll have to look into it."
She licked her own lips, which were a little hot at the moment from the spicy food. |

Broden sighed softly and looked at her " well has he said he is with her ? if not you still have a chance dear . love will come when its ready " she said softly and looked at her. her own mind telling her that love doesnt come to her kind so easily, she didnt think she would ever find someone that could accept her for who she was.
"mhm its interesting i guess... " she looked at her plate and sighed , was it really a good idea to come back here , to start from scratch once again.she sipped her water and looked round a bit."hmm ... i guess i should find a job soon too " she said more to herself than hailey.

She smiled a little. "I don't think I stand a chance, I think her name is Sam or something like that." She ate another piece of the Thai food. She drank the last of the water, trying to avoid the subject to Steve. Yeah, you know we both fought in World War Two, and have been genetically altered in the same way, but I'm afraid to say I love him. I'm supposed to be a brave fearless hero, but in the end, I'm still a featherless chicken. She knew that if anyone called her a chicken- with feathers or not- she wouldn't hesitate to break their jaw, but this was different. She shook her head.
"Well anyways, what is your skill set? I can talk to Director Fury to see if you can work at S.H.I.E.L.D. maybe." She smiled warmly at her, she was enjoying this conversation more than she would be willing to admit, even still after the touchy topic of love. |

Broden felt sorry for the girl , she was pretty and sweet and she knew how it felt to want someone and not get a chance. " im sorry .. ah wait sam ? redhead .. looks like me , works with some guy named steve ?" she couldnt believe it , her sister did have someone then.She leaned back in the chair " well you will find someone . i know it hailey , youre too sweet a girl to be lonely " she said softly and honestly, she meant every word of it.
she asked what her skillset was and broden couldnt help but to sigh " ah .. fine im a freak by nature .. " she grabbed a sharp knife and cut her palm and showed ti while it healed to hailey " jupp .. takes a lot to end me .. tried it a few times.. during some sad and pathetic moments .. oh and theres a reason why im called sparky " she whispered to her. She felt the eyes of those who saw what happened and she could almost hear them talking about what kind of a freak she was and how dangerous she could be. "and i dont want you risking your ass for me .. i just gotta remind myself some times that i cant just work in random places to earn enough to move onto a new place "

She nodded at the description of the girl. "Right on the money, and yeah Steve is the guy."
She wondered why she was talking to her about love, and the problems and the heart-ache that came along with it.
She watched with interest, and tried to take the knife away, but stared in awe as her hand healed.
"I wouldn't say freak," She looked up at her with a small smile. "I'd call that a miracle."
She shook her head in bewilderment.
"I know S.H.I.E.L.D. would take you, and if they don't then they are crazy."
She smiled up to her, wondering when her life had been so bad she tried to end it. she herself had been in a position like that, earlier that day in fact. An every time Steve came into her mind, she wondered if he would be better off if she was gone. She shook her head clearing it, smiling again as she realized she had been frowing. |

Her face had the expression of shock and surprise when haley said she wouldnt say freak but a miracle " thank you .. you are so kind .. i mean most people would say freak and probably bring out the pitchfork " she looked and sighed heavily. " thank you .. you really are too sweet to be single " she licked her lips a bit more and looked at the roof again " shield huh .. maybe a talk with this fury ouldnt do any harm ..i guess " she bit on her lips a bit. " i bet youre wondering why id try to end it .. lets just say long past .. and stupid choices .." she sighed softly and looked at the buddha statue " wasnt before i went to thailand ,i began to understand that life deals you hard paths to walk for a reason .. so if it isnt meant to be between you and steve ,something better will come along "
