She smiled a little at her bad boy comment. "He does take charge, i fought side by side with him 70 years ago."She had just given it away that Steve was Captain America, but at the moment she was a little to hurt to care; but shouldn't she always care? "Pretty sure, but you'd have to ask one of them." She said rather glumly.
She smiled. "You don't need to thank me, I have no quarrel with the truth."
She tried to imagine running with Broden from an angry mob with pitchforks, she smirked and laughed a little.
"It's alright, I understand. I considered it myself earlier today, and with how certain events are going to probably play out, death seems more and more welcoming." She smiled through the dark comment even though every word she said was true.
I'd do it to, if he said so. Just like I told him I would back in the war. It was so much simpler then, so much easier to understand.
She smiled again. "Yeah, you should talk to Director Fury." She smiled at her final comment. "I hate to say it, but I don't have much faith in the universe right now." |

Sam sighed softly and looked at her " hmm battle and relationships are two different things . the guys who lead in the battlefield isnt always the leader in a relationship .. but who knows " she said softly and looked at her again " hmm .. well you will find someone one day . maybe sooner than you think "
"yes i do . you help me believe that not everyone finds my kind awful and monstrous " she said softly and looked at her ,smiling as hailey laughed alittle bit " trust me .. people do a lot of crazy stuff " she said softly and looks around a bit more.
"well i speak from experience . it isnt worth it , only hurts the ones who care about you and love you . Death comes when its good and ready .. . you shouldnt be so sad . much too cute for that " she smiled and tucked her hair back .
"well .. if i agree to talk to fury , you agree to hang out with me , maybe do some light shopping . i am not talking about pink fluffy dresses . honestly i would electrify someone if they tried to get me into one .. ..and things will work out somehow .. they always do " she said softly and smiled

She smiled, knowing she was right, about a few thins anyways. She had lead on the battle field several times as well. "So I've noticed." She smiled, this world was crazy.
"Your kind?" This had caught her attention, and now she wanted to know more. Maybe more than she should, but she still wanted to know.
She smiled at the sticking with her. "Sure, I'll stick with you, and thank God none of that pink stuff. I'd be happy in a pair of trousers and a button-up." She smiled, not realizing how old fashioned she had just sounded. But hey the world needed old fashion, right? |

Broden nodded and sighed softly , she liked it better when hailey was smilin , perhaps it was her henmothering tendencies that were acting up but she didnt like seeing people upset around her. She always tried to tell herself she didnt give a rats ass , that she was not a caring emotonial type but she did care , she saw so many people who may not look like her sister but still managed to remind her of sam.
"Yeah .. shit happens a lot now a days .. it may not be the germans this time , but its still wars going on but this time a freaking variety mix of humans , mutants and creatures " she said softly and sighed a bit heavily and looked around a bit more.
"jupp .. i am a mutant and its not exactly putting me on a vip list " she smirked and sighed softly." pretty much makes me an enemy to a lot of humans .. cause im a freak in their eyes .. but cant be friends with everyone i guess " she said softly and smiled more. " good .. and i would not put pink on anyone .. i prefer blue or black . black is always a good color .. flatters everyone " says softly and licks her lips bit more. " a suit girl . i like that .. nothing wrong with it .. i know a great place "

She nodded. "I know, shit does happen. It has always happened. And well, Wars happen too. I guess."
She smiled at her. "Mutant or not; I'll call you friend any day." She smiled, enjoying some company that was just as strange as her. She imagined Broden and herself running through the streets dressed as if there were "pretty pink princesses" She burst out laughing, but got control again.
"Well, Pink I have always hated hat color. Red, white, and blue for me." She smiled. |

Broden smiled as she watched her new friend laugh and then control it " hmm . didnt know i was that funny . but i will take it as a compliment " she said with a smile and looked at her more. " ah pink . the worst color in the world by my opinion , only good for make up" she said softly and smiled more. " i would expect no less from miss liberty .. sounds less sassy "
"so how do you feel about going shopping for some jeans and shirts then ..top it off with some chocolate cake and cocoa ? " she asked with a smile and ran a hand trough her coppery hair.

She smirled. "Oh, I was laughing about an image that popped into my head." She smiled. "Mistress is fine, but I would also appreciate it if I was just Hailey for a little while. Seventy years as one person whom no one really knows, except one..., can get a little lonely." She smiled again.
At the sudjestion of 'jeans and shirts'; which translated into 'pants and shirts' she smiled. "That sounds fun. And I need some fun." She smiled. ((Ugh short....)) |

Broden listened and looked into her grey eyes and sighed softly , licking her lips " oh what image ?do tell .. i could use a good laugh " she said with a lazy smile and looked over at some cute kids poking eachother and giggling. "i cant understand how it feels , and therefor im not gonna say i understadn . youve been trough a lot and to top it off .. your in a whole new world .. that doesnt even make sense to those who live in it, but i can understand the lonely part , its hard to find someon that you can be yourself a hundrd percent with and not feel judged "
"it can be very fun .. especially when you see all the other girls pressing themselves into tight dresses and shoes that would make my ancle bleed .. thinking its gonna make them more attractive " broden smiled and leaned back in the seat . She leaned back, decididing if she wanted to ignore the finding someone comment, but she didn't want to be rude. "Yeah, I guess." She smiled kindly when she said she would not blatently lie to her face. "I appreciate that."
She smiled and chuckled. "I pictured us running around like 'poofey pink princesses'" She laughed again at the image it created.
She smiled. "I prefer combat boots and nice fititng clothing, not to tight not to lose." She smiled pulling out her billfold to get some money for the meal. |

Sam had to laugh when she confessed to imagining them running around like poofey pink princesses , god she was starting to like this girl a lot like a friend. " oh god that would be a funny pictures " she said softly and smiled more. " ah jeans , a shirt and sonme nice skate shoes and im golden " she said with a smile and left some money for payment and tips for the food

She smiled. "Thanks, I'll try and keep that in mind.." She knew that it was unlikely, but hey she was aloud to hope slightly wasn't she? She smirked and put down a 50 dollar bill, it was enough to cover the bill, and the tip.
"I'm not sure what a skater shoe is, but if you like them, then alright." She smiled and stood, after claening her place up a little. "Alright, shall we go?" She smiled at her. |

Broden smiled and ran a hand trough her coppery locks and sighed softly " hey no sweat .. friends cheer eachother up .. and i do like to believe im at least decent at that .. youre gonna make the resturaunt really happy for that tip " she said with a wink and smiled " so some shopping and then some chocolate treats and some beer ... oh god i do love my beer " she mumbled out softly and licked her lips a bit.
"oh my friend they are so comfy and you can wear them in winter too .. oddly has a great grip on the ice .. never fallen once while wearing them " she smiled and laughed softly as she got an image of how it looked whenever she fell on her ass on ice. she could just bet her life that it was a funny sight as well as the grumpy muttering from her afterwards. "oh alrighty then . lets do some retail therapy " she winked and smiled , leaving a good tip for the waitress as well .

She smiled and walked to the door, holding it open for her- a side effet of being in the military. "What was it to much pay?" She asked without even looking back at the table, feeling no need to take back the access money.
She smiled slightly, at the falling on ice comment, she had had a knack at balance, and almost never lost it. "Alright, then I guess we go shopping." She smirked and chuckled a little. |

She smiled. "Good karma huh?" She smirked thinking again of Steve, and when she mentioned him, she smiled even more. "What makes him special?" She repeated her question. She smiled and looked back at her, letting the door close. "He saved my life more than I can count, I've nearly laid my life down for him. We were partners, but we always seemed to be more than that. We had been incredibly close since our first mission, where we both almost died. I was shot over thirty times getting him out, and I took most of the bullets for him. He is all summed up in one word for me." She smiled, and looked ahead, wondering why she was discussing Steve with her. "He's perfect."
She looked down, and pulled out her billfold, she had about three hundred and fifty dollars. "Comfy clothes, yes." She smiled more. |
