Hair: Very short and dark - almost bald (if using suggested play-by)

Personality: Mostly up to user. Probably an extrovert. Loyal and intelligent. Possibly brave - though up to user - and also maybe quite blunt. Confident (probably) and prefers to act than wait for someone else to. Despite being confident, he wouldn't be arrogant. Not totally serious, though professional when working.
Brief History: Born same year as Matthew (1984 if my memory and maths are correct) in Chicago. Moved to Las Vegas sometime before teenaged years. Made friends with Matthew soon after moving to Vegas and the two stayed close. Dated Jane Reid in last year of high school. Helped Matthew after Jane left. Most of this is up to maker - though preferably transferred to Gotham as a police officer recently so there would need to be something about going through the police academy in either Vegas or Gotham. Discussions can be done for details in the history.
Suggested Playby: Shemar Moore (he's preferred)

Personality: Outgoing, good sense of humour, possibly a bit of a joker, loyal, sneaky? This can be discussed and I am flexible.
Brief History: Early life up to member. Hoping for her to have lived in Gotham for her entire life but it's optional. Met Jenna during teenage years and became friends, was a part of the small group of troublemakers, one of the ones who didn't get arrested too much during the shop lifting years. Life now is up to maker though she kept in touch with Jenna.

Personality: Preferably intelligent, possibly arrogant and maybe believes they can diagnose him. I imagine they'd take Joker on as a challenge and not believe most of what they've been told about him - or believe it all and think they're prepared enough for him - and goes for it anyway. Brave or foolish (though given that there's a very thin line between those two then it's possibly both) but also outgoing. Possibly quite judgmental and opinionated but a hard worker who gets results with those that can be treated.
Brief History: I don't mind about the history. It would have been filled with small situations wherein their personality caused arguments or disagreements, though they would have also been popular because outgoing personalities are normally quite popular. Possibly used to having power over their peers...

- Went to Cambridge University for four years after leaving boarding school.
- Travelled to Ireland (Dublin) with a friend from uni and met a twenty-two year old Michael Smith. They got on well and Elizabeth became curious as to what he was doing. Elizabeth went back to England soon after.
- When she was twenty-seven, Michael offered her a job and told her that he was a specialist for hire.
- She worked with him in Ireland, mostly handling the money side of things and also using her knowledge to help with contacts.
- Recently she went with Michael to Gotham and continues to work with him, though is usually the voice of absolute reason.

Notes: She has many skills and has the knowledge for many different positions. If there is a plot wherein Michael may need a lawyer, or need some to pose as someone in a similar profession for whatever reason, then Elizabeth is likely to be needed. Brief History:
Other things are optional - points here are just a vague framework. User may add deaths, relationships, etc. if they want to.
- Born in London to Jeremy and Margaret Wyght.
- Little brother was born two years later.
- Didn't do particularly well in school.
- Family moved to Ireland when Reginald was 16.
- Reginald met Michael at 17 in Michael's workplace.
- They became unstable friends, continuously arguing over small differences.
- After two or three years, Reginald was told that Michael killed his father. Because logic suggests that Michael told the guy he argued with/trolled the most.
- OPTIONAL WHATEVER YOU WANT HERE I DON'T CARE.
- Eventually ended up working with Michael. Possibly learned how to fire a gun or how to use a knife effectively to kill someone or how to use poison. This is up to whoever takes Reginald up.
- Between age of joining Michael in his work and 26 up to user. He was working for/with Michael, though.
- Didn't come with Michael to Gotham. Possibly got other jobs or had relationship(s) or whatever. Again, up to user.
- Has recently moved to Gotham with the intent of working with Michael again. We can plot their reunion.

Suggested Playby: John Simm. (You may recognise him from Doctor Who as The Master and from Life on Mars)

NOTE: Ideally, Reginald will need to be as active as I am with Michael - which isn't a lot right now, I know. There would hopefully be a number of threads between Reginald and Michael. We can do ones from the past to help with understanding their relation. Optionally, they could have been a couple at some point. We'd need to discuss this though.

- Broke away after an argument with Marlon at sixteen

- went to collage there after getting enough money

- Eventually got a job at the Red Cross as a surgeon
- Went back to India at age 21 to bring Kaveh to New York
- Got Kaveh into an elementary school
- The rest of the years up to Kaveh's leaving to Gotham are up to member

For Dylan - possibly later gets involved business-wise with Valentina and/or Michael. Possibly with Joker, too.

Brief History:
CHARACTER MUST HAVE A BROTHER.
- From birth - age of nineteen up to member. He never had many responsibilities, though.
- Met James Carrero (Dylan's father) in Gotham along with Hugh 'Barrel' Carrero.
- Both character and his brother joined Carrero's mobs at age of nineteen, after meeting the brothers. His personality changes after he becomes a part of the mobs due to sudden responsibilities.
- Became one of James Carrero's most trusted employees.
- After James goes to prison, character helps Barrel to run mob. (You might need to quickly read through Dylan's app here because I can't remember if Barrel is in prison)
- After that is up to member.

Suggested Playby: Milo Ventimiglia.

NOTE: Character and Dylan's first meeting will likely involve some sass from Dylan after she realises or is told he knows her father. James will have known that Dylan is in Gotham, though doesn't know she's training to be a police officer, and will have told character to keep an eye on her for safety. Character will know a bit about her, as her dad will have said that she's the most likely out of her and her brother to join the mob. When and where these two meet up can be discussed.

Am very flexible with 90% of this except the key points of the history and his family - things already noted down. Must have brother, must have met James and Hugh at some point before James went to prison and joined their mobs with his brother. Brother doesn't have to still be in mob or alive.
