Why?
He figures that being a police officer would be a great laugh and he thinks the GCPD are a joke anyway...

Outfit: The Mad Hatter (Alice: Madness Returns) [x]
Why?
He's going to paint white roses red - inspired by the part of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland where the cards are painting the roses red and Alice joins in - and because Alice: Madness Returns is his favourite version of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, he wants someone from there... He doesn't think he can quite grin enough for the Cheshire Cat and Hatter is more like him physically...

Dylan hates clowns and Jenna wants to make Hallowe'en spooky.

Why?

Dylan loves the film The Nightmare Before Christmas and it's either Sally or Shock. As she doesn't think she can find a tall enough witch's hat for Shock, it'll have to be Sally.
